Just by looking at how India clamped down and/or suppressed Chinese companies, like Huawei, Tikrok, Alibaba, Wechat, MG Motor, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo.....and more recently BYD, we know India has a very very strong sino-phobia. It is a regret that India takes the side of the West, especially the US, in their efforts to counter and contain China and misses the opportunities that China may offer.

@@vinodkaka5225 It takes two hands to clap. India should shoulder part of the responsibility for the conflict. The Chinese companies are private entities, but the Indian government is seemingly venting its anger on them. Many also have the perception that the Indian government is just using the border conflict as a pretext to seize the assets of the Chinese companies. This perception is rife among Chinese investors now. They have learnt a nasty lesson and are turning away from India, and venturing into Southeast Asia and Latin America instead. Who stands to lose?
Moreover, the bureaucracy and infrastructure in India are not conducive to foreign investments.

Hence if Chinese really want india not to be in the Western camp then they have to respect indian sensitivities on the border if Chinese didn't keep the pot boiling on the border there was no way india could have gone so much close to the US but the bitter truth is that Chinese wishes to take alot from india but offers nothing to give in return to addressed India's concerns even some of Chinese leaders in various interviews wishing for the same & wanting to address india concerns but one man personal ambitious stopping them for doing this & he is no other than Chinese president Xii Xingping himself

@@vinodkaka5225 The borders between India and China was arbitrarily drawn by the British colonist government of India without the knowledge and approval of the Chinese Qing government and so remain a source of controversy. it is left for the two governments to resolve.
But geopolitically, who first stoked the fire in the Taiwan strait, in North Asia, in South China Sea and south Pacific Ocean. Weren't they the US who sent aircraft carriers, nuclear, submarines, watships, reconnaissance planes to these parts of the world to carry out drills to demostrate military might (even India participated). The target is obvious Besidrs, the US formed the Five Eyes, the Aukus, the Quod (including India and the upcoming alliance of the US, Japan and Korea s pseudo-Nato in the Esst. And the US has just set up a military supplies base in Papua New Guinea. All these are blatant acts aimed at encircling, containing, suppressing China, in line with what Blinken said: " The US will continue to say and do what China dislikes" This is a clear expression of US hegemony and bullying. Do you think China will go down on knees to kowtow to the US?
India of course is playing the game by siding with the West and going against China to gain economic and military benefits from them. Everyone knows that. By the way, India is also not condemning the Russian invasion of Ukraine as it wants to import crude oil from Russia at substantial discounts as well as makes huge profits by exporting the crude to the West. Everyone knows how "shrewd" the Indian government can be. As said, the Chinese businessmen and others had learnt their invaluable lessons and they have formed a hardened perception about India, its government and even some of it citizens. What perception is it? It is up for your guess?

Let us be clear here - China today has become so powerful because of the enormous benefits given by the US to it since the early 1970s. It is only now that the US has started seeing China as a threat when its economy is close to the size of the US economy. Do you think China will help any country like that ? Obviously not.
While the US and the western world is declining, they still have a lot to offer to India and Indians. They are open societies. The same cannot be said of China. Moreover if India became part of the China camp, it will lose all benefits of the western world which China has explored merrily for its rise, and it will have to play second fiddle to China.
