Great work Adrian, nice to see someone else at a shed and parking area, and not me. Good luck with it, I’m sure it will turn out a great job.👍👍 they don’t build trailers like that anymore, will do you another 10 years 😜😉😉
Thanks Cahil
Great Video, always improving and thinking ahead. Good honest enjoyable content without any BS. I’ve got sick of watching lads driving around fields in circles on tractors or demoing new toys. The physical end of farming doesn’t get shown enough which is what I think has drove your channel forward Adrian. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I love your sense of humor and how you throw things in like "that was 10 years ago". You have to pay attention to your videos!! I love how you tell us the history of the equipment and buildings. It really shows us how the farm evolved from father to son.
One of the things I appreciate about this channel is hearing you talk about how your hard work has led to your success. The simple act of buying a trailer has set you on the path you're enjoying today.
I wouldn’t say success really but comfortable for now
“yes thankfully” 👌
Agreed
@@IFarmWeFarm
You will always get back what you put in. Always.
Get yourself a pair of offset super singles wheels for your trailer. 👍☘️
Great video Adrian looking forward to the building of this new shed 💪👌
@@IFarmWeFarm May we all one day find a mate who looks at us the way that IFarmWeFarm looks at his trailer ;-)
Well done Adrian, the video production is getting very professional.. "Coming Up" very good. Regards, Mark.
'That was 10 years ago', LOL.... good stuff Adrian... lovely tidy farm and you do great videos..
You remind me of a ghostbuster with that blower on your back,I'm thinking you should spray the trailer massey red when you get it sandblasted, would look really cool ❤❤❤❤
The drone or overhead shots speak volumes to the work you're accomplishing. Narragansett Bay
Hope your dad is getting on well
Great job adrian.. gard work paid off not always easy to expand a yard that will make a massive difference. All the best
Adrian it’s going to look great once all said and done. By the way you’re aging well 😅. Have a great week. 👍🏻🇨🇦☘️
Only a Cavan man would have a deposit for a house saved at 16 .. great trailer tho 👌😎
You bought the trailer when you were 16, about 10 years ago 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Unless I’m mistaken was someone else in camera shot maybe your dad? Popped his head out and back when spotted camera, great project (s) pump station as well as yard, trailer too, great blog nice too see your furry helpers too,
Great video adrain and cant wait to see final results I sure it will be great nw I love the view at the end of the video you have a lovely farm
Always look forward to your interning and educational videos. Would love to visit your area. The videos are the next best......
...And the tidiest farm ever gets even tidier! This will be a fun project to follow and one of the things that I really like about Adrian is that he really puts his tools and gadgets to good use. All are looked after too. I thought the unusual use of the silage grab was a good one too.
Hi Adrian. Thanks for the content. I always look forward 2 it.take care and have a nice sunday.
Always moving forward Adrian, as it should be. 👍
A man with a plan👍, some great zone shots, videos always appreciated , many thanks.
Adrian, for the stones jamming in-between the tyres on the trailer, add a gusset tot the frame reaching between the tyres down to the rim level and angled to the rear, it'll keep it cleared.
Very good idea 👌
Congratulations on your 100,00 subscribers 🎊 🎉
Funky farmer Trailer theme here. But you bought yours locally out of your own money. Wonderful that it is still working for you.😊
Like it!
The trailer is like the owner Adrian it's showing its Age😂
Great video/jobs and content Adrian 👍 Fantastic drone/camera footage so big 👍 to camera person 😎 I can't wait for next installment 😃 Please tell your Dad I send my kind regards and hope he's on the mend 😊 Have a lovely day Adrian and family ❤
As soon as you said you bought that trailer when you were 16, I knew the 10 years ago comment was coming.😂
Ok maybe 11 years
Leap years Adrian?
@@samleigh7817large jumps rather than leaps 😂
If they are 10r22.5 we have good second hand ones in pat hinch tyres
Wow Adrian the farm yard is looking good and your parents and family will enjoy the shaded seated area. Your new farm hand needs some coveralls so she can properly take over the farm. LOL :)
Another great video has always Adrian and family 👍
For a 26 year old, you could go to Peter Mark and getting them to put some shoe polish in the Gruaig
Thanks for your videos and explanations of what you are doing.
A nice improvement! Sounds like you have a good plan to improve operations. Take care...
Going gangbusters on projects now that the weather has settled a bit. The yard project was so much prep work with all the removal of the old stuff especially digging out those stumps. I'm excited to see the story on the rest of the project with the preview glimpses at the end! This episode flew by! ❤🐄❤🚜❤
Every video you make your farm keeps getting better! It's great to see!!
Adrain, decorative stone at seating area, whilst aesthetically very pleasing, has one major drawback. If a time should come when a rollator is needed to get about...its very difficult to push it through loose stone...thus making access to seating area more difficult than it needs to be.
Great video as always
Lol how old is your oldest daughter? Lol only 10 years ago. Love your videos for the little bits of humour you toss in throughout your videos. It’s not my age that gets to me it’s the 38,37 and 32 year old daughters plus the grandkids! That’s what’s going to make you feel old 😉❤️
That was a great job lad keep up the good work the best of luck with your new shad 🎉🎉🎉🎉
😊 7:13 That pile of wood will heat a grand few pots of the tea.
Great video Adrian
A mini digger would be a great machine for you to have around the farm especially for fencing etc. You don’t realise how much use you get out of one until you have it.
Would love one someday, just not priority this year but I do be looking at them online every now and again.
Will the round tank running of the well water to give more pressure for washing extra i find well pump water hasn't the same pressure as the pupil water great story about the trailer
Good morning Adrian 😊
Put a set of supper singles on trailer you won’t regret it great video
It’s a real pleasure watching your channel Adrian, you deserve every success that comes your way. The enthusiasm that comes through from your hard work is palpable 😀 stay safe David 👍👍
Another gem of a video. Hope the boss is recovering well now he’s back home. 🤞🏻
He’s doing well thankfully 👍
Well done nice tidy up
When your watching a grown-up then realise he's younger than you 😮
Hi Adrian, what is the model number of the log holder. Looks very handy and safer than how I cut right now. Brian the stalker from Boston, ha ha
Yes, please. I've not seen one like that here in Florida. I saw it's a Stihl.
Thanks for the show Adrian 🍻
How are the collars working for A.I.?
Another brilliant video and it helps me mentally thank you
Well Adrian another great video I think I see your father at the side of the house how is he doing hope he Well.
Yes that was him, just starting to walk about again. Hope he will get stronger over time, he doesn’t take his eye off what going on anyhow
@IFarmWeFarm that's good to hear keep up the good work
The amount of diy knowledge we learn from your videos is something I will be forever grateful. Looking forward to the D Rail fence going up, going to try it myself at the end of the month 🤦♂️
weather change and its all happening super wood clamp for cutting not seen one like that, so portable, handy. and yes tlc for that trailer its done you proud. thank you
Another great video, well done great job😀🚜👍
Good man.himself some trailer
Did you ever consider soda blasting they say it's easier on the stee
Great video tidy job Adrian
Hi Adrian love your channel, what make is your log holder? It looks strong. Thanks
I bought that about 10 + years ago, stihl log holder. It’s just ok.
Theirs newer versions out there that would be much better i’d say Shane
Right so the plan will be a 6 foot fence or wall.
Fence, thinking of concrete posts and panels at the min
Will it be a treated wooden fence?
10 plus VAT 🤣 Great video Adrian. 🔥
Very interested to see this project
Thaught yad stretch out the 50b on that job
Great video Adrian. Looking forward to seeing the finished yard. Enjoyed watching. 👍🏼👍🏼
‘Gerry - first thing”.
👀🙄🐾👍Great video Adrian you will find in time that you will wish you you had put a 15 or 25000 ltr tank in
Thanks for the Video Adrian. Clearly a lot of planning and thought goes into everything you do. Love that Trailer - bought one at Auction many years ago and refurbished it myself. So handy.
A stone patio in below a tree will have quite a bit of upkeep, getting rid of leaves etc,
Yes I agree, that tree although look well in the summer, does create one hell of a mess in the autumn
Hope that’s not ashes from burnt material I see while you were cutting the firewood in the log holder. 🙈
Pause and zoom in, it’s used white 6mm pebble dash and white cement from when we dashed our garden shed
Good project. Will turn out very well. Great video as always
Dear, dear Adrian -- that music is ghastly!
It’s what you call neutral music, it wouldn’t be my taste either but my taste would rock the walls in the house 🤣. Have only a limited amount of music that can be used on RUclips with copyright claims.
Even licensed music is causing issues after a few months so have to be careful
Thanks Adrain for that I thought it was a heavy cover.. I put a few cover over it and silage does be good.. where you get the nest cover for birds.. it’s easy get a bit off help covering a pit in summer but you have to take all off yourself in the winter
Any more videos Adrian
Hi, what’s the yoke called that holds your logs whilst you are cutting them please? A fantastic bit of kit
Thanks for sharing, great to see the farm doing well and pushing on 👌🏻👌🏻
Wow ! This is a huge effort. Wishing you the best of success. Thank you for sharing.🐄
Would an entrance from your new yard into your collecting yard be any benefit to you save you reversing down with trailers down to slatted sheds you’d be able go in through one entrance and out the other might work out handy too for cleaning out new calfing shed instead of going around by your home house ??? 👍
Adrian why not use blue piping for water inch and quarter or inch half and the blue piping is better for frost protection terra pipe installer in kildare recommends inch half
What a good way to hitch trailers/implements to the tractor 🚜. Have the Yanks 🇺🇸 not cottoned on to this yet?
What size is the trailer ??, it looks like an 11'X7' ??.
Everything is working to plan. Looks good
Great video thank you looking forward to next one.
Very good andrian 👌👌👌👌👌
❤️👍🇦🇺
Good stuff Adrian, no bother to yea Lad!
Nice. I’m here to support the farmers 💪🏻
They sure don’t make trailers like they used to.
You have gotten yur moneys worth out of that trailer.
Well Adrain .. I no it’s a bit early to be asking you this question and has nothing to do with your video but is the heavy top cover you have for your silage pit a good job.. getting sick off all the tyres on the pit and all the taking of off them again… watch all your videos and think you are great to explain something.. thanks
That’s only a light green net, it only stops birds from picking holes in the cover. The black covers are only standard covers. The clear cling film is very good job underneath. Bags are great compared to tyres, cover the pit in half the time with no mess.
Another interesting project begins. ❤😊
Could u access the yard from the holding yard as a side entrance to save you from running claves around the back of the yard
Yes definitely so, will knock through that wall when the shed is up.
The collie just flashed my childhood
Hi Adrian how's that sthil 170 going there not making any more them the new is a sthil 162 do you no anything about them I am thinking of purchasing 1 thanks
The ms180 is a good saw, the 162 has only a 12” bar. Be very small.
Not sure if they still make the ms181, they weren’t as good engine wise, fairly troublesome.
Hows ur father Adrian
Great video as always
I mean this as friendly advice but that’s no place to put a shed for machinery or calves. You’ll have to drive round 2 sides of the home house with dirty tyres from the farmyard or mud from the fields. That concrete round the house will soon be as dirty as up the farm. Plus any cars parked round the farm house will have to be moved constantly if they’re in your way. Then when you’ve to clear out the calf shed you’ll have to drag all that dung past the front door of the house and round to your Miden. Likewise any straw used for bedding or silage for feeding will have to be moved the opposite way. It’s just not the right place at all for a shed. The access is all wrong.
Id imagine Adrian will have thought about the access and will be making a alternative route to the calf shed so he's not destroying concrete etc
All advice is welcome.
Once the shed is up we can access it through the holding yard once we open up the wall. Nothing but road use stuff like the trailer and so on that are generally clean will be coming up by the house once all is completed. I’d never allow muck to come up by the home house that’s for sure.
Hopefully make sense when it’s all completed 👍
Some job thire
May I ask where you bought the log grab from?
Right, I was wondering where one gets such a magical piece of kit!
Adrian has a dodgy box
What always amazes me about these handy little jobs is a. How much time goes into them and b. How much they cost. It is a fairly sure bet that by the time you have this all finished you will have spent more time and money than it will take and cost to put up the extra bay of the shed! But if the ground work isn’t right it makes the next step a nightmare. 15:06
Not really, you’d have to do this work to extend the shed anyhow which is what we’re basically doing. But yes everything has a cost, unfortunately we don’t have any gravel on our farm so that in itself is adds extra cost to any work we do. But the site is all complete now and just looking at it here last night made me realise how useful it will be when all done
@@IFarmWeFarm oh don’t get me wrong it’s going to (is) be a great job, but like you we have to buy in stone etc. and hire in diggers and of course while he’s there, there’s another little job……. Doesn’t be long running into thousands is all I’m saying.
