Infidelity has gone quite far since Mega Man Ultra 1. Sadly, not quite far enough.

The intro looks super impressive and actually has a good narrative. Man, I'd be cool if one day someone were to finish this hack and instead of adding stuff like Mouser or Chill Penguin, they could make it feel like an official title.
I do like how the plot says that everything from megaman ultra 1 was a diversion. It kinda works, honestly

Yeah, it has alot of polish. And Plant Mans new stage looks good. I don't really understand the Mario stage though.
Plant Man was an absolute pain in the rear end to deal with.

I really enjoy watching hacks like this. It’s really awesome seeing Mario and Mega Man talking like they’re friends and have known each other for years. My favorite part was where Mario was standing on the left over bones of Luigi and the Princess and says ‘sorry Luigi’. Lol
I hope there’ll be more hack like this one.

S. Crusher...Punk's weapon in MM10 DLC Sonic Crusher, thrown shredder blade in a parabolic/hyperbola arc, semi-auto fire. A light agile and nasty weapon for enemies. Particularly good at nailing moving enemies on walls, and airborn ones, as well as those below and some distance away, and it's also a good standby if you run out of the Striker Ball against sheep man, or run out of the Thunder Wool against pump man.
When he means "Sadly not quite far enough.", he's saying Infidelity could not finish Mega Man Ultra 2 and it was still in beta.

What? You mean another video for this particular hack? Nope. This is (as far as I know) the absolute-last version of this ROM hack ever made and I exhausted the entirety of its content. Well, aside from some hidden songs in the game data... and _possibly_ some hidden, unfinished stages? But I don't rightly know how I'd access that stuff if it even exists.

There's something called "top secret area" that can be accessed from the main Title Screen logo screen with a certain button combination, but i dont remember what it is.. but it has sound test and "on/off" cheats you can setup.
Im pretty sure it's the famous konami code. i cant remember specifically.

.ips patch does not work, what to do?
The hack is incomplete and kind of rushed thing, but it should work fine enough. I tested the patch under *_FCEUX_** v2.2.3* on a fresh *(U) region* _Mega Man 4_ ROM. The only serious glitch I found was the weapons menu occasionally crashed the game. I _think_ this only happens if you chose "No Story" mode, though…
