I'm a animator my self and i usually use all 3 solutions for my animations.. usually easing styles and the "M" one for my idles and movement is usually liner. I rarely I put some easing's though but yea, great example with the backflip!!
I respect roblox animatiors SO much. Ive been doing animation for over 5 years, but only in 2D, and its already hard enough. 3D is beyond complex, and takes a ton of time to learn. Major respect to Roblox animators out there!

Tracing animation it's not a tip, besides you should clarify to not abuse easing styles, they don't give the right freedom to make arcs or smooth movements manually, because you must learn everything by hand, not by auto in&out, the M 'tip' is useful so that's the only great thing I could find in your video.@@evilnether

Easing is good meanwhile u dont abuse of them, linear is the better option abot M it can helps u if u animation feels stiff remember the 12 principles

Tip if you're making linear animation: toggling onion skin (B) will make it wayy easier to make it smoother
Yeah onion skinning is essential to making animation even in 2D form.
