Gorgeous home and precious children! So happy for you! You would not think that a house like this could be bought through the USDA Direct Home Loan Program.
Unfortunate about the conflicting info from the 2 different agents. Hard to know if it had changed or if the first agent was mismanaging the program because of personal vendettas! If the latter was true, thank God it didn't work because you got a great property that could have been denied you. I know you and your family will enjoy your property very much during the holidays! We thought for sure they would make us replace windows and run into issues because of the age of the house, but they only required minor things, thank God! And yes, the conflicting information was weird…the long delays we had was just God’s plan in action for us to get to call this place home :)
