My awara does not congeal. It is flaky. What shoukd i do to.make it solid like yours? Do you have any measurement of the tamarind juice to make it congeal? How long do i cut it? Is it while hot warm or cold

You can use freshly squeezed lemon juice or vinegar. Tamarind is known as tsamiya in hausa.
I got some brownish substance after pouring the tamarind juice. Could it be from the tamarind juice?

You can use lime or strict acid or lemon
It's depend on the quantity of the soya beans If it's 1 tiya you can add two cup of suck tamarind
