Great video. Thanks for taking time to record and post this. i have been researching bobber for long and i cant agree more that you already stated. I am looking to buy one soon. May i ask who is the dealer in texas you both this from. I am trying to find one with the stryker red in bobber sixty.. cant find one in my area.. thanks
Thanks for checking my channel. I bought it from Indian motorcycle Austin, TX. Was looking for smoke black and the dealership in Houston had a long waiting time. The Austin dealership was able to commit quick turn around (abt 8 weeks). My experience with this dealership was great, nice people and overall a very smooth process. I will recommend this dealership if you are in the area. Talk to Simon over there, he was my sales guy.
Thank you! And that's usual, the dealership try to sense what you want and surely make sure they get the most of you! But in the end, it's all worth it, as long as you like what you bought. Enjoy the ride, and stay safe!
Nicely done video. I have the regular scout and have to agree with your comments. I can usually get 140 on a tank if I take it easy. I have been on bikes since 1971. Owned 1 HD sporty and a few baggers. Do not tour any longer and enjoy this bike for being nimble, and just a blast to ride. Wife only goes along occasionally, so no issue there. Sometimes its nice to ride without it being a workout, but I guess that happens to everyone at some point. Just put bike away for cryogenic sleep for 4 months ( WI ). Already longing for March. $250.00 for 1st checkup is good price. $340.00 @ my dealer.
Thank you so much for stopping by my channel! Great to know a ridider who has been riding for so long... it fun, i love it and I believe I will continue to ride as long as I can.. yes, occasional passenger is not a problem on these, especially since you have the regular version, I hear they have better shocks and seats. I am in Houston, TX, not much of winter here. So able to ride all year, pretty much, except when it rains... do wish we had cooler summer though. Gets very humid and hot riding in summer. Stay safe!
I see what you are referring to, that is by design, the plastic look piece is connecting to the frame and holding the coolant reservoir, the little gap helps you see if you are running low on coolant.
Thanks, and Thank you very much for stopping by my channel! I bought the windshield from Amazon, check my channel for another video on this, i did a detailed review. This are really good and I love it, they block most of the wind and look goos as well, not too expensive either. They are perfect for it. They look great, hold me in place and I feel very sung and stable going at high speeds. The back support in this great compared to comfort or the stock seat. It doesn't feel like I am about to fly off when I open the throttle and going at speeds above 80mph. It feels bit hard and flat after a couple hours of ride, but first hour absolutely no issues.
Nope, they didn't learn. Just forcing people to buy a new seat with the motorcycle. However, the latest Rouge models they released a year back, has the Syndicate solo seats

You got a great deal. My dealer charged much more with set up cost, I would have walked but they were the only one with the color I wanted.

Oh she's beautiful. Imho the right color. And the right subtle mods. Very good job !! Oh, and tax in California is at least 8.75
Thank you!! Almost 9% tax is too much.. i guess they should exempt the tax on motorcycles since these are good for environment and save gas.. ;)
Counter 5:28. What is that curved matte black piece of plastic next to the frame. ?
Is it chipped ?

@@drifter-indian1448 got it. And now I know. Thank you !!

how do you like the seat for rides between 30 mins to 1 hr?

It's an awesome bike! The matt black looks the best :)
Thank you!
sheesh my bobber cost me like $17k in 2021ish. USED!
Wow.. that's too much! I was lucky to get a brand new under $14k. I still see these things holding their value.
@@drifter-indian1448 It had upgrades like premium mirrors, trask slip ons, upgraded seat, led headlight, and performance intake... But still yeh
After 7 years using the junk seats you'd think Indian would have upgraded it by now...
