I'm very lucky not to have to ride in the rain considering it almost never rains where I'm at. We got a bit of a drought going on here in California which is good and bad but what are you gonna do. At least that rear wheel will be quick to change over. As for the front you'll get better at it as you go.
I would pay top $$$ to have somebody service my bike in my garage. The audio was a bit mumbly, so I missed the info on what he said about clutch plates and filter, and total quantity when refilling the oil.
Thats his strong “Black Country Accent”.. when topping the engine oil back up (just under 4L) he said to close/release the clutch lever so the oil gets in between the plates..
Exactly.. But price weren’t too bad.. 1/3 off brand new dealer price and had all discs/rings so ready to go.. and can always sell them on later so no brainer 👍🏻
Good prep man , nice video, thanks for the ScMoto shout out
Good kit..

I Suppose riding in hotter climates shouldn’t be that bad on a Hyper with everything exposed to help cooling..
Hey, man do you reset the oil service after changing the oil?
Not at the moment.. can’t find any software that allows you to reset it
@@hypermotardking I see, I am about to change the oil and filter before going for a trip , on my hyperstrada 939
@@1xplorer I change my oil whenever i want (every 3-4 track days or every 6months) - but still have to go back to Ducati to clear/reset the light

Nice. Wheels must have cost a pretty penny but when you're paying for track time, they'll pay you back with added laps.

I can't believe ya don't do any work on ya hyper m8,that's a huge part of the fun owning bikes, but we're all different
Obviously can’t do tyres.. Ive done pretty much everything else but I like to watch someone do the more important stuff before attempting myself..
His "mate". Mating.
Can always trust a man that smokes whilst on the graft
