I really love this kind of fried chicken they smell and taste good we call it like “kanto fried chicken” they are clean and well made I like them better than fast food restaurants’ because they are cheaper back when I was highschool 1 pc of chicken only cost 10-15 pesos per piece.

It just an egg mix with small amount of gravy, lemon or calamansi
The reason why its sticky because then marenade it with egg that is mix with lemon or calamnsi huice then put it in freezer to make it sticky

In this video I have only seen 1 Filipino restaurant in all my years in NYC and it's located in woodside queens and I didn't even bother and in HAWAII Honolulu there are no Filipino restaurants either and Filipino food does nothing for me I think it's boring and I won't even try it and there are no Filipino people in the APPLE they are a minority and consider that there are 8.5 million people in the 5 bourgist in NYC and I have not met 1 who live in the city and I have lived here for over 35 years and I have seen a shift of people within the city and I am talking about all people and you will not see any HAWAIIAN people here either because they don't like new Yorkers and I know the reason but for me I just tolerate it and nothing bothers me as I am semi-retired after 52 years working mine now is to look after my kids as they are all grown but I still look at job leads as I don't want the responsibility let someone else do it and I will teach them management in food service different Cuisines
