These homeowners had an old mossy patio they wanted to replace with a sunroom. We removed the old patio and landscaping, and built an enclosed patio. This studio room butts right up to the chimney inside, so we added new flashing to make it waterproof. Each of these windows comes with a custom screens. Inside, we finished off the wall with a pine accent wall. No three season room is completed without concealed electrically and a ceiling fan!
