I am crying as I write this which, although painful is actually quite a good thing. I have a really hard time expressing my emotions and you have helped so much. It was when you talked about seeing a loved ones hands and about the rain washing away the grief it really triggered something and the floodgates of tears sprang up.Thank you
Aww... tears are a way for the nervous system to regulate. I am so grateful to know you were able to release and feel into your emotions. Energy-in-motion. Let it all go. May you feel lighter and your heart feel more open! 🖤
I have been given a box full of darkness and it is a very painful. At this time my grief is sometimes overwhelming. It has been four weeks since I experienced a great loss. I find hope in Yoga Nidra and I thank you for being there for me.
Thinking of you... how is your heart today? I hope you are feeling more at peace with that darkness... It doesn't necessarily go away but our relationship with it can always shift. 🖤✨
Thank you so much for your support. It means the world to me when a practice deeply resonates. I appreciate you seeing value in my offerings. I am so grateful. May you have a beautiful day.
What a nice and touching Yoga Nidra. You are gifted, Ayla. Moreover, you are bringing beauty and peace to this world by guiding us into our amazing inner self. Thank you so much!
this was my first time playing with emotions and colours during manomaya kosha. thank you for sharing your experience, this helpful for future practices. 🙏✨
This is beautiful Ayla. I learned a lot, like why the color of the heart is green. The manamaya kosha and vijnanamaya kosha section is a work of art, a deeply felt poem of the poignancy of life. I wish for you that you too fully receive the gift of this creation that you have given to us.
❤ Today was my second chemo session. It was a day where I needed to accept love that came crashing into my life. I needed to open my heart. I needed to meld acceptance and resistance. Thank you for your powerful and beautiful guidance. Nameskar. ❤
"Please call me by my true names, so I can hear all my cries and my laughter at once, so I can see that my joy and pain are one." This poem by Thich Nhat Hanh, which has been with me for so many years, is now associated with the heart chakra and the colour green.... I'd like to thank you for for doing such a great job creating this series, especially this video which so gently touches where it hurts.
This practice was exactly what I needed again today. When I feel as overwhelmed as I have been lately, I turn to your Chakra Series, along with your Eighth Chakra video. And I find strength and peace.🙏 The visualization in this practice resonates particularly well with me, and it is one of my favorites.💚 Namaste. 🙏🤌🧘♀️
Thank you with all my heart🙏 I have been a student of yoga nidra for many years. I am looking forward to returning to this practice... Amazing release / relief of emotions that started with a shaking of my head from side to side followed by a torrent of tears. A long time coming Thank you ❤
I have only just started practicing Yoga Nidra for the past few weeks. After reading, The Art Of Transformational Sleep, I thought it sounded like something I was searching for, and I have found your videos to be the best. I have enjoyed them all so far and this one to be particularly beneficial for me as I have been suffering from sever depression for a long time now having tried many things that have not helped. Can you kindly tell me what the words you say at the end of the session are that you repeat three times and what they mean. I do not recall having heard them before. Thank you, Ayla. I am very grateful for your guidance. 🤟
it means a lot to hear that! Thank you so much for your kind words and for your support! I say Hari Om Tat Sat... I can link a video to further explain. 🖤✨🙏
