Absolutely awesome. I've messed about with old cheap watches and those screws look like specs of dust. I don't know how you manage to work so skillfully with such tiny components. Bravo sir

Richard an outstanding restoration of my favorite version of the Datejust! At least they brought it to you for service before it became a truly rusted mess inside! I just subscribed to see more of your amazing work!
Hi Vienna! You are way too kind for sure! In fact maybe I should come to The City of Music and do a collaboration. We could do kaffee und kuchen and then rummage in a flea market for a Rolex Daytona or Jaeger LeCoultre that is not full of water. That would be fun! Stay tuned! Richard

Great video Richard. Sometimes it is difficult to comprehend how small and intricate the components are until you have something to compare them against. Da iawn.
Amazing as always Richard! Since Covid I started doing work on watches, starting on cheap chinese and now pretty comfortable with 1/2 function ETA’s. Seeing your videos makes me want to try my hand at my rolex

Wow! As usual another great video. I will share this with my friend maybe he can service his Date just lol. I put it on my timegrapher it is -85 s/d with a beat error of 0.4 it badly needs service. Hello Richard. Why the left handed screw? And any chance you could make a film of how the components are made? Realize you would have go to Switzerland so would be happy to carry your bags. However, as always an impressive bit of work. Best wishes to you and yours. G
