    Hi guys!! I have a question. I wold like to know if this training system can be implemented in individual sports such as road cycling?

      Yes it definitely would. Obviously it would be part of your cycle training but we do a lot of lower body power and strength workouts in the Sports Performance Program Vol. 2. Suitable for any sport 👊🏽
