I ordered mine, just before the price increase, after watching this video. Now that you have some time with it, do you have any tips, tricks, or hacks to share? Ohh, what did you end up doing for an extension? I didn't order one either, I figured I'd use a piece of leftover pvc drain pipe. And thanks for the video.
Thanks for the kind comment. The only thing I do different is split my bags on the skinny side so it does not catch the bottom of the hopper ,as for the extension I have a piece of aluminum that I need to bend into shape it should work great. I love the machine , I will be doing another pad soon I will definitely get some footage. Also I only use 60lb bags just for easy lifting. And thanks again for watching and supporting the video 🤙🏼🤙🏼
You could have made it easier, if you placed the MudMixer on the long side of the form and rolled it back as the concrete filled the form. This way very little shoving is required.
That’s definitely a great point. I used a rental mud mixer on a larger pad I poured before this and was amazed how easy it was to actually move while I was using it.
Mike thanks for the feedback it’s well appreciated. I am looking into options for a mic . Possibly a wireless with a buff for the wind and also I think it would make my voice louder and not make me sound so quiet when I talk.
Most of the time we speed up the video due to the time it takes to down load, it could take several hrs depending on the amount of data we are uploading. If theirs something you would like to see on the mixer in slow motion just let me know and I can get a close up ,also we are working with a microphone so hopefully the content is more clear and less wind.
First time making a vid!? You did excellent bro. Really enjoyed watching it. Thanks.
Thank You for the kind comment I appreciate it, I hope to have more mud mixer videos once the weather starts to warm up, 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Better to hit your form stakes below the top of the forms so you can screed easier. Nice finished product!!😊

Where do you rent it from?
I actually rented it from a friend who purchased it. I ended up purchasing one for myself.
Great first video. Only suggestion is to work on your audio. It was kind of hard to hear everything.
Thank you for the feed back . The wind was pretty bad that day . I will try a mic or a voice over if the wind gets bad on the next one.
Do you know how much does this thing weigh??
The website said 145lbs. Hope that helps.🤙🏼🤙🏼
@@rustedmoneyranch Thank you.

Sweet!
Thanks!
Hard to hear you. Get that worked out and good luck for sure

I don't understand why everyone records these videos on fast speed?
