    Wow great contribution to organic chemistry so that it is more understandable while integrating quantum chemistry. This will make predictions of chemical reactions more intuitive and understandable. The only error I saw was when your bounds formed you limited the electron bound only in the overlap area. Once overlap and bound occurs the paired up electron in this bounds have probability to occur in all part of that bound not just the geometrical overlap.
