DAY 6- Is It Just Me, Or Do Steep Turns Cause Motion Sickness?

If you’re flying long hours with multiple flights planed, make sure you’re well hydrated and getting a good night sleep before hand. In this episode, I nearly vomit after the 50° steep turn was demonstrated. I wasn’t ready for that woozy sensation and had to ‘walk it off’ with some fresh air and lunch before our second flight.
Maybe the poor weather on flight #2 was a blessing in disguise. Fortunately, there was an opening in the flight simulator where I worked on navigation and starts with the Garmin G1000.

I had the Same experience, 60° made me sick but unlike you my attempts in kipping it in was unsuccessful 😂
