    My wife and I were just there in October. We really enjoyed it and plan on going back next year. One place to pick up lunch that you didn’t mention was DC Grill which was by the lazy river. It actually was one of my favorites for the grilled chicken and some other casual Dominican style food.

    Going there in March for Spring Break. What would you say the crowd is like? Younger/older/family oriented? Also, would love to know what the “night life” is like as far as things to do or just late night places to grab a drink and maybe listen to music. Great video! Helped us make our decision.

    • @NittyGrittyTravelers
      @NittyGrittyTravelers  Год назад +3

      Glad our video was helpful! :D the crowd is varied... not too skewed in either direction but I would say it has more of a family vibe than younger/older. For nightlife outside the hotel your best best would going to Downtown Punta Cana, which is where the Coco Bongo night club is or to El Cortecito or Los Corales. Taxi drivers know where those places are :)

      @@Azblatte I’d say the Royalton is mostly family. Princess resort is perfect for college kids, with alot of beach space too!

      You didn’t answer is there entertainment at resort nightly shows !

    • @carlmielock1044
      @carlmielock1044 Год назад

      @@mariagents9575 There was nightly entertainment there. It was decent, not great, probably more catered towards families. We were all 20-23 so we didn’t attend the night shows all that often. Once the nightly shows are over, music starts up next to the martini bar and it becomes a dance floor with a lively vibe.

      Thank you for your comment, Frank! We try to look for what hotels people are more interested in at any given moment or if it’s a hotel we really want to visit. We’re staying at the new Falcon’s resort by Melia next so we can have an exclusive peak at the new Katmandu park 🙂
