Thanks for this review. We stayed here in 2019. It's a gorgeous resort. We were Diamond Club. These people that left those negative reviews are just complainers. It's not a perfect resort.. are there any? I doubt it. The staff is NOT at the guests beck and call for every little thing. They work hard.. all of them, regardless of tips. If these guests had issues, unless it was a problem in their room, the issues were because of them.. their expectations and/or their demands and how they acted and reacted. These types iof people will NEVER be happy🤷♀️. Will definitely keep your channel in mind when planning our next adventure !
I just came back on 06/30/2023, it is a great hotel and most of the staff is friendly, but the hotel needs to step up on cleaning, (I have pictures,) not going there again 😢

Great review. I have been to royalton in negril jamaica and loved the experience. We are planning on going to punta cana for the holidays. What resort would you guys reccomend? I will going with my 1 year old and 4 year old. A waterpark would be a plus. Thanks

Sales people on the beaches no biggie some of the compliments are stupid ….I also think some people are expecting them to kiss there butts and are demanding and what to be pampered but I am here and hate it I will never come here horrible all the bad reviews are 100% on point everything is correct … nitty gritty I will always believe what you report !
The worst. The service was so poor, 72 hours after that experience, I booked a Disney Cruise. Took hours to get our rooms, sheets were dirty and took HOURS to get clean sheets (I had to sleep on the couch), Maintenance was not 24 hours so we were without of air in our room for like 6 hours. We order room service and never get it. We were supposed to get a butler, I still don't know who he/she is. Here is the killer for me: we were at the hibachi/sushi place and I wanted sushi. I was informed by the waiter that I could not get sushi because I was sitting at the hibachi grill. Literally, if I scooted my chair 2 feet to a table I could have sushi area. The worst experience and would not recommend it. The safe issue we had as well.
Here now I thought I would walk in room and be wowed was not . The paint is chipping away off the cabinet with the fridge and a chunk of wood missing off the door wow not liking my room at all rusted legs in desk bathroom door don’t shut rusted handles in shower just a bad run down room I have platinum through hotels I agree with the lady saying run down furniture even in lobby dirty couches nasty I would not sit on one I’m under whelmed so disappointed ruining my time staff is mean nasty bad service
Hi, Shari :) we're not familiar with a celiac friendly diet but from what we could read online, the buffet should have plenty of options like meats, fish, potatoes, vegetables, rice, beans, etc.

This place will be good for the kids and if you are a Diamond Club you can go to Royalton Splash nearby. Or, you can go big and book Hyatt Ziva.

How is it for a person who is celiac (GF)
