The butler service will make sure that you have the dinner reservations of your choice every evening otherwise it’s a first come first serve at all the speciality restaurants which could sometimes mean queuing for your desired time slot. They’re so cool at the Royalton that they allowed me to go in before evening service so I could record everything before the public got their hands on it. I also saw a wedding reception there all nicely sectioned off for the private party, so it looks like you guys will be in great hands.
