This is the Split-Fire 4413 log splitter! It the 13 stands for the upgraded 13 hp engine which is part of our high flow kit for our 4000 series log splitters. This machine option has high tonnage and speed all in one package.

I want this splitter. As I grow my woodyard, this will be a great addition to my 2265. Liking the height of this machine. My 2265 struggles with some of the madrone I deal with and a four-way would make me more productive.

That's an interesting design splitting both ways. Does the splitter have less less force on the "pull" stroke?

Yes there is about a 10-15% decrease in splitting force. There is also a faster cycle time in that direction due to the reduced oil volume on that side.

The lengths do vary quite a bit, so I think they are 15"-20" long. The largest log that would fit in this machine would be 24". We have extended stroke options if you need them!

Great video and fantastic looking machine. Is there an option for auto cycle so once you push or pull the lever, you can be getting the next piece ready while it goes to the end of the stroke? And is the high flow kit available on all lengths? Just curious.

We do not offer an auto cycle/detent valve on our machine. Most of which is due to safety concerns.
Yes the high flow kit is available for any stroke length.

Pretty nifty. If you cant pivot/drop it down to the ground for big rounds it's a no go for me though. Very speedy for smaller trees I'm sure.
