This just goes to show how people can be trapped by the past, and still won't let them go even if they said it themselves. And in turn can be their worst downfall. Lying doesn't only hurt yourself, it hurts others even more.

Can we all just take a sec to appreciate how much Cami has improved in animating since the start of this series? It looks like a freaking anime now and I love it. 100000/10 skills.
Jesus Christ, rewatching this 2 and a half years later, this is a BRUTAL way to retell the Asgore story, really gets across that he incinerated several small children, it makes me question how Toriel ended up forgiving him. I love my man Asgore Screw the animation being improved, the shot composition and storytelling have improved phenomenally and it really makes the end kick
He didn't want to kill those kids, he was forced to do so, he had to make a choice, he could either make his people free by his actions that would've work out in the end (asriel was able to destroy the barier so why asgore with 7 souls wouldn't be) or wait for a miracle that would've not come.
Also, don't forget that decision to kill every human that will fall into the Underground was made in fury, and asgore feels guilt by the end of the neutral path
Man, one of the many reasons I adore this series is because it gives misunderstood and neglected characters, like Mettaton and Asgore, a little more of the screen time and justice they really deserve. Awesome!

I love Gaster's eyes, it tells us of all his suffering, even if he hated Jessica, he didn't want her to be killed, and that faint red eye, gish I'm hyped for ep 8
I've been wanting to see more Asgor and Undyin fighting. But God dam Asgors fight with Betty was epic, most if not all fights are epic. Also want to say that it went from light anima moments to full on anima, allows for more expression though.
I love how it shows through their normal "in game" attacks like Asgore's flashing eyes that these monsters aren't how they used to be, they've become far, far stronger.
well their HP is far higher due to the whole bleeding schtick that Gaster went on about, as for damage. . . HATE does that already, also Asgore knew Frisk was not a full on Genocider and it can be theorized he could/would not use his full power cause of that.

this series is so amazing, it's literally my favorite animated series ever. The sad moments make me so emotional and the beautiful moments do also. Just wow, this is just such an amazing series. I support this so much, and I will be waiting for more. So good.

i cannot get enough of this series. i have rewatched this countless times just getting more and more story each time and i cannot explain just how much this show means to me.
The scene where all kids are perishing and the sounds of the screams right after as hearts and the music, oh god it actually made me tear up and just. Wow. That shit is genuinely saddening and made amazingly.
Hold on, I just figured out, multiple months later, that the sentence about Undyne being passionate about everything and going at 100% is a reference to what Undyne tells Alphys in the Alphys date

I've been wanting to see more Asgor and Undyin fighting. But God dam Asgors fight with Betty was epic, most if not all fights are epic. Also want to say that it went from light anima moments to full on anima, allows for more expression though.
I love how it shows through their normal "in game" attacks like Asgore's flashing eyes that these monsters aren't how they used to be, they've become far, far stronger.
well their HP is far higher due to the whole bleeding schtick that Gaster went on about, as for damage. . . HATE does that already, also Asgore knew Frisk was not a full on Genocider and it can be theorized he could/would not use his full power cause of that.
