      So sorry for the delay, I didn't see your comment until now.
      The shortcuts used were to click into cell E3 where the word "Birmingham" was located, End and Down key to get to the bottom of the list, right key to move to the next colum, then press and HOLD the Shift key whilst pressing (and releasing) the END key and the UP arrow to get to the cell with List 2. Then with the cells in that column highlighted, press and hold CTRL key and then press the letter D key.
