    I remember you once said that you don't feel confidence painting figures, but lemme hype you up - your figure aesthetic gives me hope that maybe I could paint one day. it is the simplicity that beautify it all 💜 thanks a lot

    Wow! I always avoid drawing people (I’m not good at it at all) but this looks like a really accessible was of doing it! Thanks for posting! 😀

      thank you so much! i definitely have that same tendancy but it's really getting better over time. i think for me it was more of a perfectionist thing and im discovering that the imperfections i see aren't as visible as i think.

      @@calvinatdrifterstudio8438 I totally agree with this approach! I’m still a procreate newbie but I had a go at following along to draw the first character and it was really fun and satisfying seeing it come together so quickly especially with the technique for posing - so useful! I’m also enjoying using your brush pack which I bought recently! 🌟👍👏

    Hey Calvin, thanks for another great tutorial! I’ve purchased your water colour brush from Etsy and noticed that the abstract round brush of mine seems different from how you using in the video.(it’s much transparent) Is there any setting that i have to adjust? Or is it because I’m using smaller canvas (1080*1080)? Thank you for your contents again!

      h! Daisy! I'm so sorry for the delay! It's hard for me to keep track of comments here on RUclips. Etsy is the best place to reach me if you need fast help 🙏 The canvas size shouldn't effect the brush transparency 🤔 Can you message me a screenshot of what it looks like? You can attach those on Etsy. My first guess is that maybe you have a custom pressure curve setting.. but this would effect all the brushes in procreate and make them transparent. Anyways, I'd love to help you solve this issue

      @calvinatdrifterstudio8438  Год назад +2

      yes! i want to make a new type of video where i paint collections of things and collage them. this way i can cover several deserts in one video but still have a final print design at the end.

    May I ask what canvas size you use?

    • @calvinatdrifterstudio8438
      @calvinatdrifterstudio8438  11 месяцев назад +1

      Of course! in almost all of my videos, the canvas is 4000px by 5000px. This is a great size becuase you can print all the normal paper sizes and it won't be pixelated or soft.
