What a beautiful home. I'm 50 this year and have been renting since I was 17. Once your in generation rent it's impossible to imagine owning one. Good luck to everyone that enters. My dad died of cancer so it was a particularly good way to donate to Marie curie and enter a competition at the same time. 😊🤞
Good luck everyone, my family has had a lot of experience with Cancer without the years, and it's amazing that we are always donating to a charity when we enter these prize draws!
Enter to win Omaze’s best house yet…worth £4,500,000! + £100,000 cash to cover the running costs! 😎🏠 goto.omaze.co.uk/theluxuryhomeshow (Entrants must be a UK resident and over the age of 18).
@@davidjames-maddaford4531 not really, read the small print first accompanying the competition, you can only be sued if you give false representation, did she say or imply that this competition is open to everybody worldwide?
@@davidjames-maddaford4531 seriously? What a rant, grow up, get a life and stop wining. Are you American, screaming for a lawyer as they usually do? You probably are a person that needs to be told that coffee is hot, knives are sharp, cars can cause accidents and cats shouldn't be dried in microwaves. 20 million pounds, pain and suffering? 🤣😂😅
Maybe there's a burgeoning audience who want to watch a 16 minute video of them reading the terms and conditions 🤔 They could start an offshoot channel - Luxury Home Draw Contractual Smallprint Show. Though it's not like the eligibility criteria are hard to find on Omaze.
First off, this house will raise a fortune for Marie Curie as it has and will attract a ton of interest. To answer Summers question, it is my plan to keep it if I won it, for as long as financially possible, as I think it is perfectly beautiful inside and out and I equally love luxury properties and Devon and Cornwall (have many links to Fowey and this area) Some of the other Omaze properties have had odd quirks like open plan bed/bath rooms, odd shaped rooms and living spaces, 5 acres of land and post surf shower room, I think most wouldn't fully use, etc, etc.I struggle to find a problem with this house that isn't outweighed by its positives. Love this tour but would prefer a slower paced room to room video with fewer edits.
On the floor plans it looks like the lower ground floor is an entire self-contained living space so could live there whilst renting the larger house out for Air BbB or summer lets, & use the yoga studio as a separate bedroom en-suite for your own guest visitors… Think that is what I would do if I won the house…
What an amazing property. The tour was great too as always. I'd holiday-let the house 5 - 6 weeks each year to secure enough income to enjoy the rest of the year with friends and family.
It's so stunning. I'd live in it for as long as possible and rent it out when needed. Would definitely move into the upstairs bedroom with the tub in the ensuite, what a dream. Good luck to everyone entering!
We are planning a move to Cornwall, this would be a life changer. The views and flow of the house is amazing. If I won it I would definitely live in it!! Good luck to the players in the draw!! 😁
Such a brilliant use of space with lots of wonderful rooms, balconies, outdoor seating areas. The location is fabulous with South and west aspects. Then a rare bonus of direct access to your own waterfront and private mooring.
Been hoping you’d do a tour of this house, I love it. The master bedroom is stunning but I would choose the room on the main floor, so nice to see such an accessible property 💖👍
5:00 "let me know what you would do with this house" I'd buy some windolene and clean that glass balustrade 😜 Then buy a rowboat so I can still get over the river for a meal in Fowey after the ferry stops running at dusk. But genuinely, what a nice problem to have. Great house, great view.
Oh I really dont know what to say… what an amazing beautiful house… as a performing artist (african traditional singer & dancer), I see myself hosting different fellow performing artists & singers, there is a huge space for music rehearsals, create a studio for recording music… lots of space even to host private charity events etc. The water & nature around will inspire more creativity musically… love this❤️❤️❤️
Greetings from Chicago! That is a gorgeous home with spectacular views. Thanks for the group tour. You’re all looking very chic. Sorry we can’t enter the drawing. We would definitely live there! Cheers 🥂

Love Cornwall. Personally, I would rent it out and give all the money to my parents 🙏🏼 Deserve far more then me, I’ve only been working 12 years. Mums still working and she’s 62!
Beats the Islington pad...the Cornwall estuary views look like Richmond Hill in London...definitely underrated is the South West of England...North Devon has some scenic spots too like Taw estuary that feeds into the Atlantic...thanks for the tour 👍
Would be a dream to win thus house. Been going to fowey on summer holidays since 5 years old, kind of like a family tradition. Seen this house being built from foundations to finished product and remember pointing it out to my parents. Amazing property. The people who win this are very lucky.
Well done guys! Super tour! Seriously. I just can't believe the architects and designers could not fit a tiny garage for this huge villa... I can't leave my Maserati out in the rain and storms.
Oh. My. Word. This IS my dream house. I’ve entered! I’d have a long holiday there and bring my brother who’s wheelchair bound and friends. Then maybe rent it out on Airbnb if too expensive to run.
Such an amazing home in the most stunning setting. Omaze have done an incredible job in designing and furnishing the property where luxury meets contemporary. What a feeling it would be to win this dream home 😘🤞🙏
It's my dream home 🤩. I would live in, also rent it out with airbnb. I would be a full time artist and have a beautiful art studio there, and do art retreats, and teach art for kids 💖🤞🍀
Nice video, but lots of spaces have been left out, particularly how the spaces connect to each other from the outside. Is there any back garden path separating the house from the road, so that the terrace from the cinema room can be reached from the driveway. Is it only accessible from the main living room? Any chance of separating that end? Thanks
Further up the hill there's a couple of gates/pathways down from the road into the back garden (visible on Google Street view). The steps/sleepers are just about visible in one of the Omaze exterior wide shots. Both Omaze + LHS don't seem to do full house tours or boundary plans. Just tasters. The pdf from the previous sale (before new owners demolished that house to build this one) shows sizeable property boundaries and gardens extending beyond the driveway/yoga-room south to the ferry, and north from the outside dining almost to the next boatyard. There seems to be a lot of garden to the north and mention of that garden having a second set of steps down to the water. But I guess a full tour would be more like 40 minutes and viewers are put off if it's that long.
@@rachell7682 the floorplan on Omaze shows all the house entrances. The exterior video and photos shows some of the motion sensor and camera locations. A burglar walking along the public road can see the back garden entrances. They've already revealed so much to a would-be burglar that security can't be the reason for omitting the remaining areas. From other tour vids on other channels with glimpses through half open doors, the unshown upstairs bedroom is almost empty (a chair and some drawers), the utility room off the dining room is Omaze prop storage (garden candles and cushions), and the lower ground is a fairly dark tunnel devoid of lighting/artwork/plants. So the prosaic reason (to me) seems to be Omaze don't show areas their interior designers haven't exquisitely furnished and fully stage dressed. It can't be coincidence the independent vid tours and their own website glossy pics/vids omit the same rooms. It isn't the first time - the pantry behind the wine fridge in the London house, the gym/office in the Lake District house, the cinema bunker in the Kent house that wasn't even on the floorplan. I can understand their omissions - they want to sell tickets by showing the dreamy perfectly manicured highlights, not the warts and all reality of half-furnished rooms and storage clutter. Maybe it's just a bloke thing - storage rooms, workshops, garages, boiler rooms, the mystery external grey door in the lower ground slate wall between the kitchen and study that isn't on the floorplan - those practical spaces interest me just as much as seeing a ruler-precise arrangement of a dozen scatter cushions that create an obstacle course when I want to get into my bed 😉😂
i would keep it for at least a year and see what happens . live in it while renting out part of the home on air bnb as and when i need /like if i won . thanx for the tour prob the most any of us will see of it lol
Beautiful house. Great video, I’ve been waiting keenly for your latest review of another Omaze House. My only tiny micro critique is I wish the video was slightly slower and longer. It felt a bit rushed for me personally. I wanted to see more and more, very excited about this draw. Great job, thanks for sharing xxx
I 💯 agree, I too would prefer a slower paced WALK-through, down the driveway through the front door and then to each room with fewer edits glad to finally see this tour
I found this video confusing and jarring with it cutting between shots. I preferred the usual style with just a camera following someone around so we could get a proper sense of what it would be like walking around it. Gorgeous house though.
