I religiously track my food and panda express is my go to but that whole container is around 40-50g fat. The chicken is around 24g of fat itself cooked in oil and being chicken thigh higher in fat.

It's probably because after fasting too long, you get the urge to chew and swallow the delicious food right away to satisfy your cravings. You get fuller faster if you don't properly chew your food into smaller pieces for digestion.
I did the Body for Life workout plan back in 2000 for the 13 week plan. I was allowed one cheat day; anything to eat. Lost fat and gained muscle; slimmed down too. If Quan is at 2 months and hasn't seen a drastic loss, you gotta be cheating on your meals. Either do 6 small meals a day for every 3 hours or just do a Intermittent fast for 20 hours before OMAD (one meal a day). Continue working out. I can't wait for the 3 month results.
Panda express is one of the worse foods you can eat on a diet plan, even for a cheat day... They have loads of sugar in so many dishes there, including their teriyaki chicken... I'm on a weight loss diet myself... But Panda express is not on my list...🤦♂️...
Untrue. I’ve lost 30 lbs in 6 weeks doing rolling 90-hour fasts. I eat whatever I want on my re-feed. I don’t know how he can still put away that much food if he’s fasting regularly. After a few bites, I’m done.
