Thanks for the helpful overview! I was able to right click on my product image and choose "copy image link" to use for the "image_link" section - just in case anyone else wants to save a few steps instead of using the Google Drive option. Seemed to work out fine!
Hi Simple Pin 😊 Great video and super helpful but I’m still struggling to upload the file to Pinterest. I’ve created the catalog and tested it - all looks good but when I try to upload the files it goes wrong! Do you do one-to-one support sessions? I think I could do with your help 😊
Thanks so much for this tutorial 💯, and yes your newsletter is always jam-packed with helpful info. I have a small Pinterest account (tiny 😅), recently started a blog & ecommerce store, but it's not one of the supported sites, so I had no idea I could tag my products. Will give this a try next week, this week writing blog posts - not a multi-tasker 😂
thank you so much.. I have a question tho what if you are selling a coffee mug that has 2 different prices such as 11 oz , and 15 oz. since they are different prices do I put it in twice. Like Id 1 the 11 oz mug and id 2 the 15 oz mug or is one id enough? I hope that makes sense
Thank you so much for this video! I uploaded my catalogue successfully after watching this, but now, a month later I'm getting an error message asking me to 'update my data source'. I don't understand what I need to do here, if nothing about my products has changed, how can I 'update' the data source?
Thanks for your reply. That's the problem though, under diagnostics & what to do, it just says: 'Update your data source before the next ingestion', but I have no idea what that means.
I have shopify, but I rebranded and my store website is less than 9 months old-they say they can not approve my merchant status...would this manual connection work for me?
Thanks for being here! What's your biggest challenge as a product seller on Pinterest?

What about categories and conditions ?? I have a limited visibility
What about it? Can you give more context to your question?

I'm not understanding what you're saying. Can you clarify?

I would note in the product description that there are two size options. In your catalog you can just include the lowest price.

You should see a description of what you need to do under Catalogs and product groups > Diagnostics

@@gswatch-e9e We have that too but it's not affecting our ingestion. Sometimes its just finicky.

It doesn't matter if you do auto integration through Shopify or manually connect, your site still has to meet the merchant guidelines.
@@SimplePinMedia Thank you! I wish this 9month rule was different I'd be using the ads
