Amazon would have to be linked directly since there is not integration. the best way would be to create two pins that show the coloring books and in the URL location when you upload the pin, link to Amazon. It's also best to put on the pin image "get on Amazon" so people know that's where you're directing them.
Thanks Kate! So what's the product tag purpose on mobile? I've not linked my catalogue but I can add product tags from my shop and other e-commerce sites.
You're right, I realized after we filmed that I misspoke. You don't have to have your catalog connected to tag products. The purpose of tagging products is to increase eyes on the products and ease of shopping. Connecting your catalog will allow you to keep those products you've pinned up-to-date automatically.
This was a good video ... my question is: Can you connect more than one catalog? What if you have products on Etsy, and Amazon shop &/or other products on a shopify?
I dont have a blog, but a really nice landing page. My question is, can i use the landing page for all my pins? Or is that considered spammy. Is there a strategy?
It might be. I don't think it will be as effective as pinning blogs along with your landing page. You can always give it a try and see how Pinterest treats it.
Hi I don’t have a landing page or a blog post, just digital products in my Stan Store. However I have an overview of my product on there explaining the benefits of my product before purchase. Is that enough??
@@SimplePinMedia I recently applied (just this week) and got verified as a merchant however rejected for the product catalog and the rejection reason is they do not allow intangible products.
Hi, I'm just starting on Pinterest, so still confused as to how to use Pinterest. I created a business account. Bit I have two completely different shops on Etsy, so do I create two different Pinterest accounts for each shop, or do I create different boards, or how doest that work? Also, in one of my shops, I sell printable junk journal pages and kits (something I create from scratch), so if I made a board called "Printable Junk Journal Kits" - so if I see posts about junk journal glues or other supplies, do i put that in that board, or do i create a different board like "Junk Journal Supplies"? I'm so confused!
If your two shops are completely different niches I would create two different Pinterest accounts. You don't want to confuse the algorithm on what you're all about. For the Junk Journal stuff I would make both boards if you have enough content to pin to both boards without having too many of the same pin in them. But if you only have a couple of products that could go in those kinds of boards I would start with one. Be sure and do your keyword research to know how to title them best.
may I please ask another question about "TAGGED TOPICS" on Pinterest?.. When I use the Pinterest Pin Button extension (Google Chrome), to pin my one of my Esty listings, does it add my Etsy keywords to my Pinterest pin "tagged keywords"? or is it better to go directly to Pinterest and pin from there (filling out the keywords and link and title and description)? Or should I just not worry about those "tagged topics" on Pinterest? (also, why doesn't it let me edit my tagged topics even on my created pins?) I'm new to Pinterest. Thank you in advance!!
@@SimplePinMedia Thanks! Sounds good! I have a travel blog with 2000 visits per day from Pinterest and looking to grow and make more money. My only concern with outsourcing is the ROI: With your Pinterest management service starting at $3000/month it's difficult to see the ROI within the next 6 months or so. But that's probably a good question for the call :)
Okay so i only have 1 course at $497 of price amd i would like to drive traffic to the sales page with the pop-up so poeple who don't buy the course and hopefully subscribe to my email list will purchase the course later so is it right approach? How many days i will expect the first sale if i fully focused on my account?
I can't find where that was said. If you could point it out at the minute mark maybe I could clarify? Pinterest will label you as a Verified Merchant after you've applied and been approved. Here's a video more about the VMP ruclips.net/video/8jQPW0YlVNM/видео.html
And big product sellers are "dominating" the ecomm space on Pinterest... Sure they have the money to pay for campaigns but that doesn't mean organic marketing doesn't work on Pinterest. You just might have to work harder. You also have to expect less if you're comparing yourself to Etsy.
You can advertise your digital products, but you cannot connect your catalog of digital products. The shop integrations on Pinterest allow you to do this organically, we cannot do this on IG or FB. If you've been able to connect your shop organically with digital products on FB or IG please let me know.
@@missmocharn Of course you can add a link in bio on Facebook or Instagram. I'm saying that you CANNOT connect via the shop integrations on FB or IG provided for you by them. Does it have to be a Shopify store in order to claim it and upload your products? Or can those of us with a Stan Store connect our products too?
You’ll find a list of Pinterest approved e-commerce sites. A Stan store doesn’t qualify. help.pinterest.com/en/business/article/claim-your-website
This was a good video ... my question is:

You can only connect catalogs from a site you own. So, no you can't do that from your Esty shop or Amazon shop.
I dont have a blog, but a really nice landing page. My question is, can i use the landing page for all my pins? Or is that considered spammy. Is there a strategy?

You'll have to test it with your Pinterest audience. Also make sure your Pin images are grabbing attention and enticing engagement.
so selling a digital product is basically selling a course?
Not necessarily. It depends. Sometimes it's a system to help you organize a process (formulated spreadsheet, pdf, etc).
Catalog - What about a physical book and offering coaching?
Yep! Go for it
About connecting catalog: FYI Pinterest does not approve catalog connection for intangible products (digital downloads)
That's not true. We're a verified merchant with our catalog connected and all of our products are digital
