a tip that i learned from working on rc cars is when the screws are really tight usually glued with loctite you just take a torch and heat up the screw so the glue melts and you can twist it out
@@wyz2285 I know this is an old post but I thought my comment might help other people, you would only loose the heat treatment if you got above 220ºC and that's if they are tempered, I would imagine that they are not in which case you would have to heat it to around 760ºC to lose the hardness, you would melt aluminium well below that point and the glue used should melt with just the use of a hot air gun or maybe even a hairdryer which I often use on aluminium to melt Locktite red and the aluminium doesn't melt.
it works man thanks, but another trick to remove the glue from the gears is to heat it up with heat gun at high setting then just pry open with a watchmakers screwdriver
But what about the double cam nub from the DSG that activates the cut off lever, the 12:1 gear only has one nub ,won't this cause problems in semi auto ?
You will need a good electronic trigger unit that can detect the sector gear position without the cut off lever (Titan, Amoeba EFCU, Perun, Grizzly etc). If you attempt such a stressful build you should have it anyways.
Tado in airsoft 24 13:1 gears, shs 16 tpa, saka 20c 11.1 kaya cguro mabagal last kong check, pero napaabot ko pa ng 55 rps yun nun ginawa kong 40c, hinihintay ko pa yun 35k na na tienly motor, baka may ibibilis pa
may i ask if im going to use this type of gear, is it recommended to use a very high torque motor? for example 28 tpa or frankentorque motor to avoid overspin?
You can go that route but also short stroking helps to prevent over spin or double feeding also making sure you install the right delayer chip and customizing you tappet plate fin.

Hi sorry I do realize this video is 3yrs old but could you share a video of the finished setup functioning.
Did you have to drill any part of the 12:1 part to make the second pin fit?
Curious to how this will work on semi seeing as it only has one cam using the 12:1 lower part?
wow nice1 dude i would have never thought of that, can you make a vid of u shoot with it???
How did they run and did it hold up in a stress test and or long term?. Also I am assuming you put lock tight in the screws.

ah ill see what will happen to my gears if it breaks sooner, thanks for telling me

Will Look forward to seeing it working
This is good to know. Have you test fired it yet?
Yes, it works fine with the Amoeba EFCU gearbox and electronics
@@wyz2285 where did you put the magnet on the dsg ?
i made my aeg from 27 rps to 46 rps because of this thanks alot for the tip
Ano motor gamit mo?
Mababa pag 46rps lang
Ilan tpa gamit mo?

can I simply remove the screws and peel off like gear parts without cutting?

@@Airsofthelpvancouver1963don’t put a delayer chip in a dsg
The man himself is back!
Interesting video, thanks. I hope you watched my shotgun video;)
Hey, haven't see you on spud... Lately. Got something to show you.......
"Bravootome"
It won’t work you now only have one cam😂
Nah dummy, just use a optical mosfet like the Titan or perun. They don't read the cutoff cams at all.
