The first time I went on a SUP, it was on a beach ideal for surfing, I had no idea what I was doing & it ended up flipping over on me and smacking me in the face....a black eye, split lip and a grazed chin later, I still managed to have some fun! 🤣

I used to live in Plymouth. My bestie still does and on visiting her last summer...we fell in love with the paddle board. Been trying to save for one since then for my daughter and I to use together. We got the wet suits already sorted whilst we were down there. Cheap as chips ! 👍
She suffers with anxiety and OCD and I reckon getting her out in on the water is going to be hugely beneficial for her state of mind.
