Paddleboard or Kayak, which is your fav? 🏄♂️
I only have an inflatable kayak and paddleboard, out if the two I enjoy paddleboard the most.
kayaks for me obviously, but did you get that for Christmas bud looks good

That looks like so much fun, the paddleboard would be easier to transport than a kayak. Do you have to have permission to go out of the harbour? I would imagine it all depends on the weather. I recall going for a walk on a beach on the I.O.M, having a great time, 10 minutes later there was fog everywhere, I didn't know which way was which, quite a scare. A horse and rider past me and I walked rather fast in the same direction, I dread to think where I would have ended up otherwise. Happy boarding and stay safe.
Yes, from Douglas harbour as it’s commercial, can be done on phone if VHF channel 12.

How do you find the stability of this board? I was looking at bluefin boards last summer but I'm looking for a wider board with a more rounded tip which are hard to come by unless you get a yoga paddleboard. What kind of wetsuit and jacket are you wearing here and do you carry a PLB while out on the board? Would love to see more winter paddleboarding vids 👍
I wasn’t wearing a wetsuit in this one, tbh I rarely wear one unless I’m going Freediving. The PFD is a Helly Hansen stealth. The board is rock solid 🙌
nice board, I've used the non-carbon version of that board. I take it you were confident of not falling in? hard to know what to wear in winter
Thanks Stephen, I don’t often wear a wetsuit unless I’m Freediving from it (you should consider trying that!) it makes for great videos too. I’ve been a follower of your channel for years, I like the tech and outdoors
