Great tips here buddy! Being a former chef I have loads of gadgets and gizmos knocking around, I tried vacuum packing them a few years ago and it’s like freezing them, but they always come back to life. You can add flavours and additives too. Only thing to be wary of, like you say, once frozen, they can’t be froze again.
Maybe strange but one of the best cost saving videos for a long time. Most of these fishing Vids for all companies are trying to part us with our money. And with the current situation the more we can save the better. So thanks for the tips mate will certainly save me some money.
Yup, definitely important information. I always put them in a preston bait box and after a week or two they would become sweaty and crawl out of the box trough the holes. Now I know how to keep them so I won't make a mess in the fridge, and I won't have to throw them out and buy others. Cheers Jamie 😀👍🙏🤝
A little summary of how to "bed-in" a new spool of braid would be good, as there'll be some anglers who are coming out of their hibernation caves and re-doing their reels.
I have started useing a Vapack pump to suck the air out, the only trubble is i have not found any small bags to use lol🤣great for suitcase but a bit on the big side for half a pint of mags 🤔 but it works a treat. dave
What’s the crack with the matrix maggot boxes … I bought some year and hate them … the lids don’t fit properly and pinkies can get out … does anyone else have this issuec

Jamie, are the worms in the bag with sawdust added or are they sifted out? Have you tried using a ziplock bag instead of a regular bag?
