Great video Jamie, over the decades I've seen so many people break valuable tackle through loading their trolleys or barrows incorrectly and having it go over on them 👍

Great insight Jamie I purchased a hx pro 3000 gotta say it’s fantastic admittedly not cheap but top quality usually isn’t I’ve still got 2 horizon x reels as well these are as good as when I got them 3 years ago

Hi Jamie, I’ve got the 4000 pro and it’s a lovely piece of kit, but l was a bit disappointed on a £200 reel there was no spare spool. Love your videos mate and all the work you put in to them.

Hi James Maybe upgrading just one reel isn't to bad, choose a reel for the style you use the most ie feeder, waggler, so on, and run that way. It's the way I upgrade, I'll go with the 3000 version to go with my waggler fishing, 4000 next time for Tench fishing, 4000 for feeder etc gradual increase, it does improve fish control and fish in net producing better overall results.

I did think about getting a new HXpro reel Jamie, but the cost put me off, i do have three matrix reel's and wonted to up grade one, but going from around £100, all the way to £200 was a bit much, SHAME, yes i know there was a lot of time and effort gone into the designing of new reels, but i was just the price that put me off, Thank you anyway Jamie and matrix, all the best,

I fish big lochs here in Scotland and most are free ,,it's hit and miss but when there having it they are ravenous, and you bag up 😅

I started my fishing at Underbank. It is good to know we can fish it again. I have fond memories. But not when there is a cold wind blowing or when it is lashing it down brrrrrr! 😀 Is the dam wall still out of bounds Jamie? Used to catch well on there back in the day. Or are the Health and Safety police still on shift?

I used to run matches on a Wednesday evening and on Saturdays at Damflask Jamie. Some brilliant memories from this fishery, I'm hoping to have a few pleasure sessions this year when the level has dropped.
