💯💯💯💯 it’s never appropriate to glorify or condone any form of child abuse. However, parents should be much more forthcoming on understanding that their child is not always angels. after working at a school myself, sometimes these parents are not being too forthcoming, or helping school officials with containing, redirecting, and reconstructing their child’s behavior. And the generation that we live in today, parents are not doing enough to reconstruct, redirect, or some form of help of reconstructing their child’s behavior.💯💯💯 they say it takes a village to raise a child
I’m sorry but if a literal child makes an adult act that way with and abuse them than the adult doing it is at more fault than the child
, they could just record the child’s bad behavior and expel them but there’s no reason so great some one else’s child this way thats a deeper issue with the adult doing it . If u can’t control your emotions and anger don’t work with kids period !
@@smalls2163 As a behavioral technician, and working with children I’ve dealt with a parent that was allowing her child that has autism to eat foreign material; for an example, petty, as an outlet and way for the mother to not deal with the child behavior while at home. So the child begin wanting this substance while going to school as well. and the mother said that it’s non-toxin and that it’s OK for the child to lick on it and if I can just keep an eye on her. As an expertise, I explained this to the mother that this is an inference that will continue to dismantle her child’s development and is considered a choke hazard. The response from the parent was unlike anything else and very humane. The parent stated that her child has the stuff in her hand right now and she’s licking it already, and this was before School. This also offset aggressive behavior when telling the child, she can’t put the foreign substance in her mouth. which is a clear example that the parent is negatively impacting her child’s development disregardfor a behavioral expertise advice. She utilizes a behavioral technicians position as a nanny, which is incorrect. aggressive and disobedient behavior, as a behavioral technician, it is my job to reconstruct and redirect that childs behavior, but it is also the parents duty to make sure they’re implementing positive and conducive techniques as well to help with the process. AGAIN, I would never condone or glorify abuse, however, I truly don’t see how this is abuse versus gaining control of a child that is experiencing rage and aggression. Some type of techniques needs to be implemented; (that will be safe to the child, and the teacher/educator), f parents especially is not helping with their child behavior outside of school, and just sending their child into the world.
