This first condo is sadly lacking and expensive when compared against my rental in Hin Lek Fai which is a 2 storey and has 5 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, kitchen in the house and a Thai kitchen outside , large computer/study room,small balcony off the master upstairs and has a separate gym and an outdoor swimming pool and finally a 2 meter brick wall all around the house and room to park 3 cars within the gates. But I guess they are ideal for the single men/women that are backpacking and not here for long term. I ken that these prices being asked now is because it is currently the quiet season , I wonder how much they will be asking during the busy time that is approaching us.

Yes it’s a real shame, and yes because of low season, short term is best for these properties especially if they are only offering daily rates
