When is your next real estate tour? Also, do the banks offer home loans, and if so, under what conditions? Finally, do you provide tours in Cape Town? Thanks!!!
EDIT: Also, how difficult was the adjustment for learning to drive on the left side of the road?
ANOTHER EDIT (SORRY): I just realized it's a FOURTEEN HOUR drive to Cape Town!!!
Nowadays, just duno whom to trust. Its crazy.
@ 5:25 Did he just say that the cost of the place was $ 7 Mil ?? Well who in the hell can afford that? Not many people can afford it, it is a very nice home i absolutely love it but way out of my price range so i'll pass.
It's in South African Rands so it's R7 Mil($420k)
funny....things are priced in South African Rands
@@accountretired9479 Oh ok, well thank you for the clarification , he was talking in South African Rands, so that explains it. My bad
How do I convince my wife? I have your videos on and she is just not interested. How would you convince your spouse to give everything she knows American so we can go back to the motherland? Any tips you have would be great!
Show her what even a cold Saturday looks like in SA > ruclips.net/video/nWy_JCbEvhs/видео.html
@ Will first tip is to come and visit then after that it will be much easier...
Probably bring her on a vacation. Seeing something in video and experiencing something in person, sometimes differ significantly. Let her feel SA or any other African countries. It may or it may not work.
I hope you took your shoes 👟 off in my house, Marc. 😉 😉 😏 ☺️ 🙃
