I've seen a lot of house tour videos and, by far, Enes' channel is the best! There is no loud overbearing music and the camerawork by Mikey is superb. It's steady, goes where I want to look, and gives me time to take in all the details. Enes points out all of the interesting features of the house in great detail as if he lives there and Mikey makes sure nothing is overlooked. The dialogue between the two of them is informative and fun. We actually get to see the whole house and not just a quick peak. Great job guys!
This house is SO cool! The architecture has SO much too look at but doesn't feel too busy, it uses so much concrete but still feels warm. How they bring the rock features and water features, and planters, right into the house you almost can't tell when you're inside or outside. This house is so unique. I absolutely love it. WOW!
I’ll be honest, I don’t think I’ve ever been so confused about a house layout before. I’m also pretty sure I’d spend half my life picking cactus spikes out of every part of my body… This house wouldn’t be for me, however, I take my hat off the designers. The way they have built it around the view is incredible. Really impressively shown and filmed by you both as always
Just think about it. You get drunk, hit a cactus, stub your toe on the rocks and fall into one of the pools as you could not find the hidden bathrooms. LOL
I'm with you........I'm no fan of cactuses or desert landscaping and how much nicer would the exterior spaces and open areas be with some green plants/bushes/grass, but the design is very unique and original.
I’ve seen many many mansion tours but I got to say that this is definitely the best one ever!! All the natural elements and water features are perfectly integrated with the house, the architect definitely created a masterpiece!!

Very unique place. 2 issues I have. First, the neighbors are too close. No privacy and probably noise issues. Neighbors have a full view of the backyard, and much of the house. For $25 million I want a little more privacy. Second, though I love the look of the concrete walkways with the water and stone spacing, I see a lot of tripping, twisted ankles, and stubbed toes. Especially if I fully utilize that bar area. But other than that...AMAZING. Thanks Enes for sharing!
I was thinking of all the little critters that might move in under all those stones. But then I guess if you own the house there are always solutions for almost all problems.
Ive lived in the desert, i already know that critters will start utilizing the indoors plants and rocks. Its common for scorpions and snakes to wander into regular houses, let alone a house with giant sliding doors and rocky places to hide. Theres gona be a ton of bugs in a place like that
@Michael Wooster ---You have the FIRST intelligent/wise comment about this house's location! It is a unique and spectacular place, but the location is AWFUL. This might be a factor as to why the designer/developer, Blue Herron, has made it a "Model Home". The video tour shows stick homes being built directly below, and other homes in close proximity to this home. What was Blue Herron thinking? You, Mark, and David all brought up valid points on physical safety hazards and the problems with desert critters finding their way INTO the place. I live across the valley on a hillside and the problem is REAL, including snakes of all varieties finding their way in! But, I guess, people will find out the hard way.
Definitely the most beautiful house I've ever seen. I love it when they incorporate nature in their house. The water really made it look beautiful, also the plants. It really looks like a desert mansion.
The thing that stands out to me when I watch a video like this, is that these ultra high end houses have zero interior walls that are just painted drywall. Every wall has a stone or tile, wood or glass finish. Really incredible. I love your videos...you guys do an amazing job. I'd also like to say that this is the first video of yours I have watched where I actually thought the house was under priced.
I talked to a local architect who said modernism is all about honesty in materials. Just make walls out of things and let them speak for themselves. This house really exemplified that.
Insane. I love the futuristic architecture, even in smaller houses. This house is very over the top, and there seems to be a lot of water for a house in the middle of the desert, but it's still cool. As a show house, you have to admit it did its job.
The modern style has never really been my thing (I'm more of a rustic winter lodge guy), but that great room is amazing--and all of the water features integrated into the home and the interior plant life and the gravel gardens everywhere...I have no words for those. Stunning views from the backyard as well! And what kind of personal home has a "Sky Lounge"?! WOW. This home is great.
By far my favorite of all the home tours I've watched so far. The home is half the price and twice as beautiful as the $50M CA mansions. Blue Heron did modern correctly: it has WARMTH. And all the desert plants, river rocks, colors, etc., going from the outside to the inside. The biggest mistake I see with ultra-modern homes is the coldness. Two suggestions: spend much more time showing the homes at night, instead of the after thought at the end of each episode and please detail the closets the way you detail the kitchens. Otherwise, I greatly enjoy your tours! Thanks!
This is my favourite home so far. So many amazingly detailed sight lines, gorgeous natural colours and I love all of the desert plants used in the exterior and interior.
This is by far one of my favorite houses. It's unique with an interesting design. Loving the open concept through out. Each bedroom is extravagant and different. Love it.
I’m not usually into a full on modern style, but the architecture of this house really is unique and pretty in its own way. Definitely a great house to tour.
@@EnesYilmazer definitely top 10 favorites of your videos. Production seems to increase by each video. Seems professional but also chill and friendly at the same time. Keep it up!
While I've never been that much of a fan of modern architecture, this home kicks it up so many notches that it's hard NOT to really like what you've shared with us. The incredible amenities and spaces are somewhat overwhelming but no less attractive and truly amazing. One of the most impressive aspects, from my perspective, is the use of solar energy.
You and Mike (and team) are often imitated but never duplicated. Your work is so top shelf and consistent that it is a true marvel. the interplay b/w you guys in the videos are such a great element and the success you garner is so so deserved. What is also refreshing is your humbleness and it’s clear you are all truly nice people. Bravo, this is my favourite channel and will continue to be. Your constant dedication really pays off and is what’s right in this world.
"Beautifully Chaotic" is what I'd say to describe this home....it's probably the only house I've seen that truely and faithfully adopts the concept of indoor outdoor living! It's a little too excessive for my personal taste BUT boy is it a gorgeous house!
This is the most beautiful house I've ever seen. I'm from the UK, looking to move to either LA or Vegas for my music career & seeing stuff like this always keeps me motivated to keep on going & get out to America
If you can believe you can achieve! Sounds so cliche when in fact that statement is extremely underrated. We undermine the power of our mine but if you simply visualize with emotion the feeling of living in a place like this the Universe HAS to give it to you. What a great law!
This is one of the most amazing and unique modern architectural amenities I`ve ever seen. Just fell in love with that. This property is must have in Virtual Reality format. Because lots of us now dreaming to visit that and get the feelin of Las Vegas wonders!
I would pick this house over "The One" in L.A. aaaaany day. Been waiting for this episode since you went on Graham's podcast and you didn't disappoint, incredible house.
The One is really a ridiculous house. Honestly it's not a house. 106,000 interior sq ft. That's a commercial structure. It's really not a home. If I was a builder, I would never build something like that. It's great to have a big home, but there should be a limit. So I agree, this home I feel is far better than The One.
Oh boy! I new video. I can't wait to see if this house has everything I need. The great thing about the exterior landscaping is it practically takes care of itself, we have the same idea here in NM. The perpendicular railing on the main staircase looks somehow both wrong and right at the same time. I love the integration of water into the main living space, but the amount of water lost to evaporation in that desert would be crazy. The warm wood in the kitchen complimenting the main tile choice, contrasted with the not-too-busy countertops and the floor--there's a lot to like about the finish choices in this home. The laundry room could double as a hobby and crafts space for the kids with the table and chairs. OMG! That power room with the crazy-high skylight! I had a platform bed like that, not a great idea, they're hard to get into and out of and you can't really sit comfortably on the edge--looks cool, though. I don't want to step on rocks when I get in and out of a tub, such a silly trend. Well, not everything I need, but a whole lot that I want. Thanks, Enes, Mikey and whoever is your second cameraperson on these videos.
You’d have to be crazy to ever take a kid into this home lol. They’d jump into one of the pools and be covered in cactus spikes within 5 minutes. Or they’d take a tumble off of one of the 50 un-railed ledges. It’s a death trap for kids (and probably for drunk people too).
@Darrin Brunner --Although this home is spectacular, they did a great disservice to it with it being located and connected so closely to other homes and developments. THAT immediately cheapens and takes away from this house and its views, sad to say. Years ago, I owned a home similar to it, not as massive, less electrically dependent, in a cooler location in Rainbow, California. It was previously designed for and owned by a doctor and his wife, perched on a hilltop, with a natural, colorful winding drive up to it. This I know: location and not having close neighbors that are visually and immediate in your home's proximity should be one of the greatest factors IF you really desire a true quality home/ location. No matter how wonderful and spectacular a home design is, if you don't control that location, you risk your financial investment and your security. Best wishes to you & yours on the NM house. Given the current political climate here in the USA, one might really focus on security throughout their project's design and location. GOD Bless & GOD Speed. ---Star
Stepping out of bath tub straight onto rocks. House is always open too. Better hope local venomous pest don't move in since the interior is no different than nature.
I think this was one of the most interesting properties you have been to Enes the amount of details and individual design is breathtaking. It seems like a bargain compared to more expensive homes elsewhere. The bedroom and primary bathroom with outdoor shower was really impressive. Great content as always.
This is how you do Modern! This is the only one of the houses on this channel that made my jaw drop. Stunning! I'm obsessed with those pools and all of the indoor planters! This design will be appreciated forever!
Until it starts collecting gunk and dust on all those rocks everywhere, the water between the walkways turns into a swamp filled with insects, the insects start invading your outdoor tubs and showers, your guests get irritated when they have to find your hidden toilets with your hidden sinks and your hidden mirrors, you wanna have a shower and it's all clear glass or again in the hallway with the insects, maybe an earthquake hits and all those rocks start flying everywhere with all the glass walls shattered with broken hollow stairs and your hidden TV doesn't move anymore. Again ALL for the low low price of $25,000,000 dollars in the middle of a desert.
Imagine what they could've done if they would build one of these for ppl who really needs somewhere to live.. it aggravates me that ppl with so much money can waste it on stupid stuff like this when there way more important things to worry about..
@@etherealtb6021 I agree with you there but that's why my grandmother used to say what's good if you gain the whole world but loose your soul?? Most ppl with tons of money are very arrogant, out of touch with society and usually likes to get close to children and abuse woman/men... Walt Disney Harvey Weinstein etc.
One of my favourite home in this channel. Blue heron literally read my mind while designing this home. And this home easily is worth more than 50 million dollars.
I Have Watched Over 50+ Mansion Tour Videos Now, And I Have To Say That This Might Be One Of My Very Favorite Houses For The Comfortable Way It Was Designed. Love How The Greenery Flows From The Outside, Straight On To The Inside.! Perfection.! 👍
As amazing and unique this mansion is, it must be extremely lonely, depressing and even scary to live in such a big mansion if it’s only you and your partner, even a dozen kids won’t make you feel like you are not alone. Like every other huge mansions, one thing they never talk about is how miserable these super wealthy people are, living in these huge compounds all alone
I'm speechless. This home is absolute perfection--what a team of master craftspeople. It's hard to genuinely believe they thought about everything, but they thought about everything. $24M is a bargain. This video was like a meditation, and I can't even imagine what it's like to actually live there and enjoy the natural spaces.
@@mae-mx1rt Absolute insanity. For that price you could probably build 500 fully self sustainable homes on 4 acre parcels/lots that could not only house thousands, but would include zero utility bills.
@@__u__9464 Yeah, I know. Im talking alternative, housing/dwellings. Earthships built collectively using recycled/natural materials and low cost labor. The number is inflated to a best case effiency scenario, but plausible in my opinion. Even if it was 3/4 of that number- you have fully self- sustainable homes with no utility bills.
So hard to start on your videos… I end up spending 2-3 hours watching! You do such a great job with presentation, and I love the angles and input from Mikey! Thank you for all of your work. LOVE IT!!!
This is my favorite house ! It's at 99% my dream house ! The details are refiined, the house is really cool, the architecture is modern, impressive and discret. I love it ! Enes, you and Mickey are amazing ! Thank You so much for the quality of your videos
A trend I see in these houses is they're not only huge but the spaces are so thoughtfully designed. Part of their price is for a quality of architecture and space design that's on another level from the vast majority of houses.
Agreed.. I look at the 1900's house that I used to live in... and it's... decent sized for a 5-bedroom house. But damn, the architecture and space design... so bad lol
Wow this home is completely on another level... the architecture is amazing for detail the feel of this home with all the rock/gravel surround on the floor almost made it feel like it was all an outdoor home surrounded by walls 10/10
Hey! I'm somewhat new to your chanel, but I wanted to say, out of all the types of people who tour these multimillion dollar homes, you are probably the most kindest and not annoying one out of all of them. You also choose some very tasteful pieces of architecture, and you're videos are very soothing. :)
This home is an inspiration. I have never seen such a excellent blend of modern and desert earth tones. The succulent plants throughout are so fantastic. Its a modern desert oasis.
I have seen quite some stuff, but this is the most stunning mansion. The ideas behind it with the stones, colors and seemless fit in with the Las Vegas Desert is a true artful masterpiece of architecture and design.
This. This is my dream home. They definitely have taken inspiration from traditional Minka Japanese architecture. The ability to have the house and nature meld with one another, inside and out. Gorgeous!
This was definitely the best property you've done, absolutely stunning in every way possible. The design is so well thought out and it looks like it would actually be an enjoyable property to live in. I'm in awe at how gorgeous this place is!
Came back to see this house.. I think it's one of my favorites... It gives me nostalgic vibes for some reason and I love how it connects to the land with it's styling and features.
Unlike a plain old fleet wood door, this place ACTUALLY blurs the lines the lines between inside and outside, those water features, plants and rock really helped with that. I love this home, even through my computer I feel relaxed.
Imagine having a dream of an architectural masterpiece like this… then having to design it from scratch. THAT’S what makes design so astonishing. It takes eyes, hands, and an imagination.
That last video of the old California home, cut into three pieces was my favorite house you’ve ever toured. New insides but the outside reminded me of my grandfathers house. What’s this, now 3 videos per week?!
I know what video you're talking about. That's actually his second channel - Enes Plus. This channel still gets one video per week, but yeah I agree with you that House was pretty amazing too.
I love the water elements designed into this house, it really brings down the heat in the daytime and gives it a very zen like feel. It's such a modern masterpiece.
Of all the places you've featured, this one would have to be the most detailed in design by far. Think of the planning and design that it takes to combine all these materials and turn them into the masterpiece this home is. Amazing.

That House is the most impressive House I’ve ever seen on your Channel, everything is perfect! Lots of Love for the Architect! Sorry for my bad English and lovely greetz from Germany. Keep on Going Enes and thank you for your Work!
Your English is perfect! I’m a native English speaker, but I and my whole family speak German, so I appreciate the huge differences in grammatical structure. You’ve nailed it!! 😃
My favorite part of the structure is at 40:55 you can see it for just a second. But its the slanted grey wall sooo futuristic and super classy. Absolutely love the design
I think that’s on the house next door….🤔 Actually, I’m certain of it. Check out 2:30…It looks like they’re still building that house as there are piles of materials on the roof.
This tour was insane. You guys are killing it. Great content and this is one of my top 3 most beautiful houses I've ever seen on this channel. Such a unique house.
the great room and kitchen ties so perfectly together (love the kitchen island, so unique)! rustic feel but very homey! i also love all the pools endless choices lol! this whole house is just amazing 😍
This is the best 45minutes I 've seen as an Arsenal fan.. Enes if you know how you heal us as Arsenal fans. You remind me of "ENES Wenger". .. great house
I really appreciate the details of the dark glass walls that just give the home a cool night club vibe feel. it's stunning at night. the lights on the plants in side the home are so beautiful this home was for sure a surprise in every room. the out door showers was a massive +. every guest or your kids should get that experience. from the rocks on the inside omg. just amazing to the massive tv. that had to be 120" tv. the darker tones on the floor and the walls really stunning with the night lights just really make this home have a cool vibe. also have to say the open concept from the inside to the outside you cannot really tell where the inside ends and the outside begins. that is how well the details of this transition just crazy amazing.
I love how he explain this huge house, it need talent, ordinary people will overwhelmed and confused to explain anything in this house, and love the house
This house has the most award winning powder room ever on the planet. I almost guarantee that no one has a powder room that can beat this powder room in this house with it's designed 30ft ceiling with skylight. Amazing!
Probably my favorite house so far and even though 25million is a lot, you get a lot of house for that price. This would be easily 50 or more in Beverly Hills. Keep up the great work Enes. I would love to see some houses in the pacific northwest, or Massachusetts / Maine .
Definitely my favorite! Oftentimes, modern houses are so cold, but this place is fabulous! It seems as if they didn't miss any chance to do something really creative. I love it!
Absolutely phenomenal house! You guys should get an award for fitting all those details in under 49 minutes! Lol I know that wasn't easy! Love your all's videos, you guys do an amazing job all the way around with them!
Enes these homes are all wonderful, however can you include a segment in the larger more exotics homes with the owners discussing what resources are needed to maintain the house including costs. This will bring an element that is lacking on the home tour front. Doesn't need to be everyone episode. Hope you see this!
Maintenance, function costs I also would like to know.. 25 million buy, what , a million or more per year to run? Excluding any staff, or incl any staff...I'd be interested to get an idea in this too
This is a masterclass in realty. You guys make everyone else in the business seem shallow and amateurish. Right from selecting the right homes, lovingly showing them, and using premier production values. Excellent in every way💪💯👍
This has to be the most unusual and incredible home I've seen you tour... entirely abstract and zen. However it's just not cosy at all. It'll feel like a secluded shelter because it's so clear and open. Less of a home and more of a futuristic club or lavish office block. It's still an amazing feat of design and architecture though. And what a view!
WOW, JUST WOW. Enes I truly don't know how you were able to navigate throughout this home without falling into either the many water features or gravel strips Well done! This home is possibly the most unique of the many homes you have toured. Thank you
Magnificent! The exterior of this home blends into the surrounding desert landscape creating a unique privacy bubble. The minimalist interior provides maximum luxury. You have the experience of living outdoors while enjoying all the benefits of the home's interior amenities and climate controls that protect you from the desert heat in the summer and cold in the winter so you can enjoy the breathtaking views from the comfort of this architectural masterpiece.
@@philindeblanc -- Also, include the soot and ash from the massive fires, not only from Mt. Charleston, but from other states! Factor in the current critical WATER & POWER shortages as well, which will only worsen given the County Commissioners and Governor are all on the take. The entire Las Vegas Valley was OVER-developed and it is NOT SUSTAINABLE for living. The growth should have been limited and controlled 20 years ago, and no one listened.
I live in Henderson and I could only imagine with all those windows and high ceilings how much energy it takes just to cool the home in 115 degree temperatures. This house is a work of art though.
The fact is that you can look directly to the outside standing shower of the primary bedroom on the 1st floor from the private balcony of the bedroom on the 2nd floor, that’s not private at all.
Can you imagine floating around in the air above Vegas like that, in a pool, next to your living room? Floating on floating between your living room and that great big desert bowl they got out there around Vegas. This was a brilliant episode.
I loved the details of the house and its finishes, and the location is good too!. You know something, Ennis, good photography and production give an extra touch of beauty to the house✨, the best channel showing homes?, without a doubt ♥️!. I wish you and Mikey good luck ♥️.
Can you imagine being part of the household staff responsible for keeping all those rocks inside the house clean? Also, all those rocks seem to be a perfect scorpion habitat. As an Arizona resident, I would worry about scorpions. They won't kill you, but they're so creepy. 😅
In Florida we get scorpions... Small ones... Not like out West. Id have to have screens! Not keen on any creepy crawlies. I've had two wolf spiders in my townhouse after a good rain...months apart. Both were bigger than my hand! Freaked me far out!! Lol Our scorpions are about an inch or so big... 🤣
Exactly! The house is super lux, and Blue Heron did an amazing job thinking about all of the details - from the views, the architecture and overall design and concept. However, with all of the rocks and plants everywhere and the very, very open design, all I could think of was spiders, snakes, scorpions and whatever the hell decides to fly in and through the entire house. Since this is a show property, it makes sense that they went all out - it is in Las Vegas so it is an entertainment house, not a residential home. To live here, you cannot be afraid of bugs, have small children or pets, a bad sense of direction, clumsy, be afraid of heights, or have any problems walking while sober and definitely while drunk. What you will need to be, besides rich, is have a good memory to find all of the hidden features (like bathrooms, tvs, cabinets, refrigerators, plug sockets, lights, etc...), be physically fit and an exhibitionist. It is great that it is energy self sufficient, because it would be bad to be locked out, or in, your own house during a power outage.
Same here. I don't like 75% of the look. But everything that is black looks amazing. A designer must have build this house. Probably a digital artist/designer. And probably female. There are enough hints throughout for my assumptions. Stunning house.

Insane. I love the futuristic architecture, even in smaller houses. This house is very over the top, and there seems to be a lot of water for a house in the middle of the desert, but it's still cool. As a show house, you have to admit it did its job.

This doesn't feel like a home it's giving hotel/restaurants vibe . It's not family friendly. I think it would be perfect for a rich single man .
WOW. This home is great.
happy to hear that! glad you like the house!

Thanks!
I saw serious intimate fun play in wet water.. To break the ice only with a ring on it. It's a Home not a Mansion or a house.

I’m not usually into a full on modern style, but the architecture of this house really is unique and pretty in its own way. Definitely a great house to tour.

"Beautifully Chaotic" is what I'd say to describe this home....it's probably the only house I've seen that truely and faithfully adopts the concept of indoor outdoor living! It's a little too excessive for my personal taste BUT boy is it a gorgeous house!

LA is a overpriced rat race. Las Vegas is chill and easy living and you can drive to LA every weekend for business if necessary.
Glad you enjoyed the Vegas episode
The One is really a ridiculous house. Honestly it's not a house. 106,000 interior sq ft. That's a commercial structure. It's really not a home. If I was a builder, I would never build something like that. It's great to have a big home, but there should be a limit. So I agree, this home I feel is far better than The One.
Yup, blows that monstrosity out of the water, and at 1/20th of the cost.....
Which one is “the one”?
But "The One" is gonna change the world!!!
A long time ago, I only ever had one favorite video. Now I have a new one every Monday.
Enes you are the best.

thank you so much! glad you like our videos!
Thanks, Enes, Mikey and whoever is your second cameraperson on these videos.
glad you like the house! it's a good one!
You’d have to be crazy to ever take a kid into this home lol. They’d jump into one of the pools and be covered in cactus spikes within 5 minutes. Or they’d take a tumble off of one of the 50 un-railed ledges. It’s a death trap for kids (and probably for drunk people too).
I like your input. Never thought about it
ruclips.net/video/IXiyaap5g4c/видео.html
---Star
The entire house is filled with rocks. Rocks everywhere.
Stepping out of bath tub straight onto rocks. House is always open too. Better hope local venomous pest don't move in since the interior is no different than nature.

I think this was one of the most interesting properties you have been to Enes the amount of details and individual design is breathtaking.

It's hard to genuinely believe they thought about everything, but they thought about everything. $24M is a bargain. This video was like a meditation, and I can't even imagine what it's like to actually live there and enjoy the natural spaces.
"$24 Million is a bargain" I wonder if I'll ever get to say that

Our scorpions are about an inch or so big... 🤣
First thing I thought of when I saw that house, scorpions. Nope. 👋
@@anitajinfla9762 the small scorpions are the most poisonous, be careful
so true, thats the problem, rocks = dirtness
One of the best houses that I have ever seen in my entire life, possibly even the best.

Same here. I don't like 75% of the look. But everything that is black looks amazing. A designer must have build this house. Probably a digital artist/designer. And probably female. There are enough hints throughout for my assumptions. Stunning house.
I couldn't disagree more. Just terrible.
@@captauron4514 terrible ? realy? Which part didn't you like? The exposed steel beams and steel staircase?
