This was exactly what I was looking for. I burnt my calf's skin a couple of days ago and now I know why it hurts so much to get up and walk around. Will start doing those exercises every hour from today. Extremely helpful video ❤

I burned my whole thigh by spilling 2 mugs of coffee and doctor told me to forcefully walk to avoid contracture of skin during the healing process . One can develope contracture of skin if the joint is not moved completely .

This was very helpful, thank you so much. I just sustained such burns and I was wondering, will the blood rush sensation ever go away or will it be there permanently?? and also, will the stiffness go away permanently with time after daily exercises or will I have to so the exercises for the rest of my life??

Hiya I’m recovering from a burn at the moment, do you have the answer to the last question? Will I have to do the exercises for the rest of my life?

Hey Chris, Can you give me updates on your progress? Are you still experiencing problems relating to burns? Can you freely move your muscles ?

@@sitisyahidah7770 I recently 2nd Degree Burn on the left foot and I agree the blood rush thing hurts the most, especially in the morning. You feel it when you move burned foot from a horizontal position (Where it doesn’t hurt) to a vertical position and the pain begins and gets worse and stays for a little while and then as you move around the pain lessens. I know what you are feeling, may Allah may it easy for all those that are suffering from burn injuries. Ameen.
