How did you get the airbox out? And what size cone did you use? I'm working on my S40 and doing something very similar to what you are doing. I want to do the same thing with the battery too.

The cone filter is a 42mm . The air box had I think 4 main bolts, including a hex wrench bolt that is down on the frame by the bottom left of the battery. I'd have to go back and look at it a bit closer. Hope that helps!
