I'm 14 and I bought myself with my money last year a Exmark Radius E series mower love it does great work for my company the only issue I've ever had with it was the starter went out at about 15 hours but my dealer fixed it in 2 days for free
I have a 2017 radius s series with 1200 hours. It’s gone through a beating over the years and it’s still going strong without any major repairs!
Heck i started with an E-series when they first came out in 2017 and i still use it today! It's been a killer mower. Can't imagine how much better that X series is. I put a chute blocker and a suspension seat on mine and its been awesome.
I bought a Radius E 44” to use in my subdivision four years ago. It is the largest deck that I can get in some of the gated backyards and I love it. With the Ultra Deck it gives a beautiful cut. Great dealer support through my local Exmark dealer. Keep it going!

I have a radius E 48 a dcit is my main mower that i use in my solo lawn business. So far it has been absolutely amazing. Knock on wood i have had zero issues. It is my 2nd season full time. Sitting around 225 hours i believe.

I just bought a 2018 Radius X with 838 hrs on it and so far I love it. Steering is a little loose but going to replace the hydro dampeners when my dealer can get me in.
I have this exact same mower. Only had it 2 weeks, but love it so far.
I have a 2021 Radius S 52” with 414hrs and it hasn’t had a single issue besides routine maintenance and two belts. That’s it. Can’t beat the FX Kawasaki!
Love my radius e series! Picked it up in March, 25 hours on it already. It’s a beast for my .69 acre yard! Great choice!

i started with the radius e series 48" it is a great unit so far just picked up a 52" vertex
I wouldve loved a radius but is settled for a 54 inch timecutter. Love it so far!
Still have my old exmark metro hp with 15 hp kawasaki engine still purrs like a kitten, I would love to add a stander someday, but that's down the road. Love me some exmark 👍

I had a 2018 radius x series with 800 hrs and never had any problems
Love your channel, just have a question when putting Blades back on a zero turn. Does blade orientation matter? I guess you could call it timing, but should the blades be perpendicular to one another or line up end to end when rotating. I have a Ferris if that matters. Thanks!
I’m running 2 radius mowers…. A S series and X series. We half 1/2 or less lots and sandy so we need the lighter weight mowers because we trim and blow longer than are on the mower. The mowers have been great both 2018 models.
Thanks for the video. I have the Radius E. The gas viewing window shows about 1inch hi, I added above 6gal of fuel, but the gas viewing window still shows above 1inch hi. What am I missing or not understanding? Please advise. TY
Hello from Ms. I added boat buckle ratchet tie downs to my trailer, makes it a lot eaiser and faster to tie down your mower.

Get flat free tires or their semi pneumatic ones.
I still have a the mower is started with it just mowed the farm now but it is a 2012 pioneer the old version of the radius but it has 1700 hours on it. Just put new hydros in it today.
Had the oil on the Radius S series changed at 5 hrs based on the manual. Few days later, started it up and a good size puff of white smoke came out. After mowing, let it idle a few minutes, then turned it off. After about 30 minutes, started it to bring it inside and there was a huge cloud of white smoke. No constant smoking or smoke while mowing. Oil level is good. Usually turn the mower off with the key vs cut the fuel to get it to stop. Any idea on why this is happening? This is the first time it has done it.

In your opinion, do u think it’s worth the upgrade to the lazer 60 or do u think the radius would b just fine? Mostly referring to ur lazer with the big block, atleast I think it is the big block

Just might go ahead and buy a radius x zero turn mower with smaller 54" cutting deck to hi with my 2001 simplicity legacy riding mower as it has a shadt driven 60k cutting deck. It only has 465 hours on it. .
Haha 1 gallon per hour on a 31 hp kawi is a pipe dream. I have that same engine on my John Deere 960m and it uses closer to 2 gallons per hour. It’s a thirsty engine but the power is very good on it.

I would never buy the X series because for the money it cost might as well get into a Lazer E series but I did buy the new S series radius and it’s been great no issues Kawasaki engine 140 hours so far. the E series has a Exmark branded engine that’s why I didn’t get that.
Exactly! But that’s why I’d suggest a Radius X and then go to a Lazer S. That would be my tech jump. 31 hp on this machine. I think the Z E is 25 or 27 hp, fwiw!
Except that a new e series 60" is 16k not a 10k machine anymore
So I have xmark e-series, I have to double cut any lawn with crab grass (1 week or 2 week growth). Would a bigger mower help eliminate double cutting?
Or is double cutting baked into the cake?

X Series would do it, yessir. Demo one! The deck and power is noticeably different.
You are screwed with crab grass. It is so wet and it sticks to the deck making it impossible to keep air flow with any machine. I have a scag with the velocity plus deck and it won’t cut crab grass very well. In fact, no mower I have used cuts crab grass well. Just suffer through it and now slow or double cut.
@@BriansLawnMaintenance didn’t see this response, my e-series just blew up on me Monday, 700 hours. So I just bought 60ich x series E, amazing! Definitely battling crab grass better! (So far)
I have a scag tiger cat 2 it is a 48 in
I’ve found that if we have to double cut, going a different direction for the second cut helps tons with not only the straggler weeds, and it disburses the grass better when it’s thick and or wet

Have a radius 44 currently at 750 ish hrs. Put about 20 a week on it. This mower has been thru thick and thin has been used in nasty clean ups and used on gorgeous properties. Overall great mower. Unfortunately, I have the original 44 (love the size, so need a lazer 44) and the engine is some cheap Chinese engine not the Kawasaki. It has just started to burn oil. Not much but definitely raises eyebrows. Will be trading in this winter on a lazer 48. Wish they had a smaller option for the x series lazers! I don’t mind spending 15k for top of the line as we’re now doing 100 accounts but all of our yards are small! 90% quarter acre or less. Largest is just over 3 acres. I would love a 44” commercial mower for the small gates. That should be the start size, why 52” or 54”? Needs to fit a 4ft gate as that seems to be the standard size.
Only issue I’ve had out of mine is the starter and pto switch. Starter is a common problem with these mowers maybe they fixed it on the new one, looks like they fixed the pto switch. Both simple fixes.
Really not that bad considering that motor is only warrantied to 400 hours. Much rather have the Kawasaki but if you need a mower to get started with cheaply, can't go wrong with the e series.

The 31 Kawi is a powerhouse but it is not kind to the fuel tank by any means..

11,500 for entry-level prosumer ? I can get a commercial grasshopper, scag, wright or hulster that is only commercial for that but all are stand ons which i think is better
This is a commercial unit through and through. No, you will not get another brand at the same price for the value, except maybe a Cheetah from SCAG. The Hustler is going to be a better price point, but it will not keep up, promise.

Your home and my home Pennsylvania has no rain June and July half has no rain like 3 rain three day not much grow grass most grow weeds and dry not real pretty grass there real terrible dry. I wish prayers more rain like 10 days will grow grass that why very sad terrible grass.
I use Kubota stander and sit down now my one is 52 and other is 61

A little less than 3, maybe? The property was 3.35, but minus the barn and house and we'll probably be around 2.5. Which is fine with me :)
