i saw during Charlies live stream that chatters complained he was rushing his playhrough, and tbh i see where they're coming from... there's always little horrors going on besides the main story, which anyone would see if you spent just a moment or to look around. Charlie just kinda blows through most sections of the game though... i mean literally sprinting the whole time. To be fair, i get that's a tactic to avoid unnecessary fighting with necromorphs, but like bro said himself that hes playing on normal. I thought he'd take more time to relish the atmosphere. whatever haha just my opinion
I thought this while watching all of the first part. You miss so much by not just taking in the atmosphere. Literal writing on the walls, secret rooms, story exposition. I’m glad someone else recognized it

My brothers in Christ if you want to get all the exposition, hidden rooms etc. go play the game yourselves, Charlie's just vibing to a game he probably played hundreds of times back in the day
It always baffles me how many children get upset on the vod uploads complaining about how he plays. If you don't like it go watch someone else it's that easy.

That what Charlie looks like when he is enjoying a game, at his core Charlie is a speedrunner Lmao, that’s why he plays fast and loose. Also cause it’s easy and doesn’t require him to play safe.
"It was better when there were less survivors" isn't asking for less story. Having no survivors doesn't mean you can't have additional audio/text logs, holograms, side missions, collectibles, et cetera. It doesn't preclude certain pivotal moments in the story from happening either, the same as it didn't in the first since the story is essentially the same. And I say this as someone who likes what changes they've made to the story.

Its almost like increasing Isaac's speed and mobility curbs a lot of potential tension in the moment to moment gameplay. IMO
