Exactly. Fast diet is not for me, but I adopted a heathier lifestyle and over the course of 9 months I lost 5-6 kg. It was a slow change, but I'm happy with it, because my goal is long-term weight loss. I used fast diet all the time when I was a teeanger, I felt terrible while doing it and I gained back the weight almost right after.
i eat at 500-600 calories and 1-2 times a week i allow myself to eat tasty and a lot. in 1 day i can lose 500-700 grams, and in 2-3 days i can lose 1-3 kilograms
personally i just want the number on my scale to drop idc if it’s muscle or fat it just needs to drop but if i do reach a low muscle mass then i’ll bulk

You can try eating at your BMR (basal metabolic rate) you can calculate this by looking for a BMR calculator online.its important that you eat at your basal metabolic rate so you don't end up under or over eating which slows down your metabolism making weight loss hatder and slower. Have more protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals and less carbs. protein helps you to gain muscle and lose fat, which makes excerise let you reach your goals safely and quickly Have more water try adding apple cider vinegar or lemon or ginger to water now and again, it can help you with water retention. Try not eating too much at night time, have healthy high protein snacks instead at night if you get hungry Sleep at least 8 hours a day, sleep boosts your metabolism. Remain stress free as stress may cause overeating and weight gain it can also cause hormonal imbalance and slow down your metal Have multivitamins has they keep your body healthy and functioning well I hope these small tips can help you, never give up! ❤❤❤ At end of the day you're beautiful no matter what .

Апатия и раздражение.. Да и здоровье однозначно ухудшится. Нужно в месяц скидывать -2,-3 кг. Только в таком случае похудение реально считается похудением - избавлением от ненужного жира.
Никогда не слушайте вот таких советов!!! Нельзя худеть резко! Лучше потерять 1 кг за месяц, но с умом. Любой врач скажет, что за неделю потерять 5 кг это вредно. Наберитесь терпения. Здоровье важнее!!!

Just to satisfy a hollow opinion of other people. I was almost 100 kg and due to my height I was on the category of obese. Long story short, the thinnest I have ever been in my life is right now and I am currently weighting 56 kg. Because of the asian content I watch I keep saying very harmful stuff to myself. I can't help to feel sad for all of these girls living in a place where they always have to be in a box being pretty and perfect. I will be more grateful.

I wanna to do it's diet. Starte:53.9 kg height:167 Day 1=I it banana with yogurt and little honey. for Dinner banana with 2 Peach+ 10 almond. My workout= 30 min walking+ 30 min workout on YouTub. Day 2=Oat with yogurt (It was not tasty) + banana+ 10 almond. For dinner salads egg ( Cucumber, tomato, carrot, a hard-boiled egg). *I was hungry, so I ate 2 peaches. My workout=30 min workout on RUclips. Day 3= Day 4= Day 5= Day 6= Day7= ✧ I come and edit every day.

Let me tell you that 51 kg is NOT FAT. I am so tired of liking korean and japanese content and seeing how beautiful girls with beautiful bodies keep pushing their limits for what?? Just to satisfy a hollow opinion of other people.
I was almost 100 kg and due to my height I was on the category of obese. Long story short, the thinnest I have ever been in my life is right now and I am currently weighting 56 kg. Because of the asian content I watch I keep saying very harmful stuff to myself. I can't help to feel sad for all of these girls living in a place where they always have to be in a box being pretty and perfect. I will be more grateful.
You're so gorgeous don't let anyone influence you And you are amazing no matter how much do you weigh either 100 kg or 56 kg , I know how much it is difficult to change your mindset but it's possible ❤️ so don't be hard on yourself even if you gain weight you are gaining strength, happiness and love (as long as it doesn't affect your health)

Day 1=I it banana with yogurt and little honey.
for Dinner banana with 2 Peach+ 10 almond.
My workout= 30 min walking+ 30 min workout on YouTub.
Day 2=Oat with yogurt (It was not tasty) + banana+ 10 almond.
For dinner salads egg ( Cucumber, tomato, carrot, a hard-boiled egg).
*I was hungry, so I ate 2 peaches.
My workout=30 min workout on RUclips.
