Short and sweet! Strong men have strong legs. I am so out of shape anymore. But i do have a couple kettlebells. I mostly have to take it slow at first not to injure myself.

Hi Matt, So, I'm 63, fat, weak and dumb. I started an extreme diet, 1100 calories, high protein, 6 foot, 215 lbs, 30% fat. I started riding a bike 30min a day, resistance loop
band work outs 3 times a week, (about 50-60 mins. and just bought a train cane. What should I watch next, cane wise?
