    Aah, the haunting dissonance of black metal that legit makes your heart pound in fear then makes you cry cathartically, Lol. Badass riff, 🤘🏽🇿🇦 Hails from South Africa.

    Not only did I learn something, but I also had my face melted. Thanks for these tutorials. I rediscovered my love for playing guitar by learning to play black metal, which happens to be my favorite genre.

    I was fucking around today with this, I switched from the e natural minor to the e harmonic minor to the e hungarian minor.
    Hungarian minor scale is underrated af in black metal imo

    Found u in my super overloaded watch later p.l .Its a full moon here in newzealand now 5:00am,started watching your b.m tutorials at midnight, half a bottle of vody a pack of smokes and 80gut worth of speed later im still watching.Have to say man....you are fucking godlike on that axe, technique-flawless,and your videos are clear and to the point,And your not trying to be hilarious and editing and rehersing lines its all fucking natural.This has broadened my horizon greatly,thanks man!Best fucking youtube tutorials in b.m hands down ,after abbaths guitar tutorial vid...lol that guy can be hilarious during his lessons because he actually is funny and play sloppy as fuck in a tutorial drunk, basically teach no guitar but still educational.anyway its almost daybreak so I can legally plug in and practice with those chords and techniques I just studies also you a skellybones like me,huge advantage when it comes to seeing what strings your on.Good on you dude,someone buy the man a fuckn drink \m/

    I have a problem... I've sat down to finally write some riffs, and i have this problem ending the riff.. I've rote down some riffs that i really love listening to , but they all end awfully. .. Any ideas about this?

      Kostadin Stefanoff find a note or chord that works and transitions smoothly to your first note/chord you play at the start of the riff

    Is there a special tuning for black metal?

  • @IllusionaryFuneral
    @IllusionaryFuneral 5 лет назад +3

    That first part of the riff definitely sounds like the main riff of my song, Tales of the Eastern Slaughterland from Eons Past. Main difference is that I harmonized the notes with 2 guitars playing single notes rather than one guitar playing chords. In all fairness, I put out the song 4 years ago. Anyway, great video!
