I used Rufus to install without and without tpm&secure boot. Same result. Can you help out. Thank you
@@olajideolawale5687 the latest dev builds don’t come with apps like the settings app. You need to get a beta build or a dev build older than 22567 like 22563 is the last know dev build with apps in them.

@@iDonzzy Universal Windows Platform app. So the apps from the store, like the store, photos app, the settings app needs to be reinstalled for it to work. It is better to install the build from windows update from a earlier version of windows which will then install the apps and they will work.

It takes forever for Microsoft to update their own ISO images, so UUP Dump is a great resource.
Just to warn you, the latest dev builds don’t come with any of the UWP apps!
