Stephen Collins Foster is a 19th century American folk writer. Oh! Susanna, is an English country folk song he wrote in 1847 and was popular all over the world. The three ballads introduced this time : 1 Swane River 2. Kentucky Home 3. Old Black Joe is also a familiar American country ballad.
