First, the suits are badass as hell. Second, for kill 135, did he seriously think CQC fighting was gonna help him survive at all against giant armored space insects?
The subtext of the movies (and the book it was based on) wasn't to wipe out the Insects entirely, the regime just wanted to have a war to fight and forward his own agenda to keep alive the regime, much like in the real world, oopsie And anyway, also for the same reason in the real world they don't give Gatling Guns to every soldier on the battlefield despite being very much effective on the enemy: it's cheaper to arm 100.000 soldiers with subotimal rifles, that still do their job on a certain extent, than weaponize the same amount of soldiers with very much expensive weapons, they don't lack soldiers anyway
Or maybe they don't have the resources to build all the high-cal stuff for every single soldier at the time. Maybe its also cheaper to make those lower caliber bullets.
In lore, the 1st movie they were already using 7.62mm ammo capable punch through 5 inch Titanium. From Invasion onward, they using the Lapua Magnum round, which less or more almost equal power of 50 cal.
Just to be a nitpicker, the kills counted at 149 and 176 are IIRC the same person. They have the same nameplate below their neck if you check the footage.
I've always wondered this about armor is almost any movie, like Lord of the Rings even the heavy armor gets penetrated immediately. Have you ever seen a Storm Trooper's armor help with much? They all look cool though
It's worse than dog shit. It'd at least be memorable if it was that bad. The flick is mediocrity defined. The only vaguely notable thing is the mechanical design due to Shinji Aramaki's involvement.
I thought the suit designs in this movie were really badass
First, the suits are badass as hell.
Second, for kill 135, did he seriously think CQC fighting was gonna help him survive at all against giant armored space insects?
It was still cool though.
Well he was able to actually kill one with just a kick, which I think is amazing since the amount of bullets required to just kill one
@@radiogobrrrrrrr1949 must've hit the sweet spot.
Movie says he loses his weapons before that kill so its more like a last stand
The effects are a lot better than I expected.
I love these units in the Starship Troopers: Terran Command

Perfect timing when the announcement of Starship Troopers Extermination
This was not intentional at all and quite surprisingly to see an announcement trailer for it!
heh! a flash of inspiration if you know what saying.
also Hero is a daym badass!
So is captain Rico.
The action never stops. And that's awesome
I didn't know that someone made a completely CGI Starship Troopers movie.
I only knew about the three first movies.
They made two of these!
You gotta give those bugs some credit committed. 💪
kill 160 point blank, other kills just no scope 100% accuracy. that man is next level. suits are badass looks like doom guy with a twist master chief
Very nice kill count @Carnage count. Hope to see more soon.
Stay safe!😊😊
I remember star ship troopers awesome franchise
I certainly enjoy it
@@CarnageCounts do one for RWBY volume 1-3.
I like this one
motivational speech in starship troopers movie : "you wanna life forever ? Kill Them All !"
Fun never stops. Party never ends.
Always enjoyed this one
this series constantly makes me wonder why they don't just issue higher calibers to everyone instead of the proven ineffective rounds they keep using
The subtext of the movies (and the book it was based on) wasn't to wipe out the Insects entirely, the regime just wanted to have a war to fight and forward his own agenda to keep alive the regime, much like in the real world, oopsie

Let just say they still not advanced enough to create Gauss Rifle from Starcraft
Or maybe they don't have the resources to build all the high-cal stuff for every single soldier at the time. Maybe its also cheaper to make those lower caliber bullets.

MERRY CHRISTMAS, CARNAGE ☃️🌨️🧑🎄🌲🥂

That doesn't surprise me
I recently watched the Starship Troopers Game Kill Count which got 20x more kills than this… wow!
I admit that this movie was fucking lit, I loved it
They should have made more movies like this one
Is this starship troopers week?
Kinda. More like science fiction bugs and mech suits but inevitably lots of Starship Troopers
@@CarnageCounts well that is my favourite genre lol
Yeah woo-hoo (chant) more starship troopers carnage count
Also with starship troopers series roughnecks chronicles
Kamen Rider Kabuto (2006-2007) Carnage Count
are you sure this is not halo or metal gear?
Are the animated movies in continuity with the live action movies??
I'm not sure, I think so? They both have Rico which is all I need.
How much plot armour should we give rico?
Yes...
What About Dragon Ball Super Super Hero?
The Arachnids have 41 kills
Never stop making these.
Could you please do Medieval (2022) with Ben Foster Carnage Counts?
Frankly I find the idea of a bug that thinks offensive
Their armour is *USELESS,* why do they even wear it!?
Se parecen a los trajes de los spartans del halo
Ok the movie is cool but make dc titans carnage count please
chucky season 2 2022 carnage count please
What’s the point of the suits if the bugs rip right through them😭
I've always wondered this about armor is almost any movie, like Lord of the Rings even the heavy armor gets penetrated immediately. Have you ever seen a Storm Trooper's armor help with much? They all look cool though
The orginal gave the series a solid base for some good sequels. Unfortunately none of them are good.
Dang.

This movie looks like dog shit.......
It's a real shame too because Starship Troopers is one of my favorite movies.
It's worse than dog shit. It'd at least be memorable if it was that bad. The flick is mediocrity defined. The only vaguely notable thing is the mechanical design due to Shinji Aramaki's involvement.
Movies fun for the mechanical stuff
characters kinda fell flat
but hey at least the bug killing stays interesting
Why it's shit?
I mean it rare to see a queen bug
This makes me think of u.n.s.c marines against the flood
