Ya'll sure do bring extra fun to watching videos, makes us all wish we were there. Jeff I can feel for ya on that ripped muscle. I did one just like that on my right arm, but torn loose from the top, throwing a 60# tarp up on a flatbed truck. But, I was 600 miles from home, with a delivery time, so I just headed out. It quit hurting after a few days. I'm near 70 now, that was 30 years ago, still got the dimple at the top of that arm. We do appreciate ya'll, too.

Has jeff tried the compression sleeves they make them for torn muscles. You could probably get some water proof ones as well. it could come in handy and keep his bicep safe from jerking motions and ultimately from being damaged anymore than it already is.
