Killgore adventures in idaho took us on our first sturgeon fishing trip. We only had time for one, so since Hannah was the only one who didn’t have an elk or deer tag on the trip she was up!

I am a 74 year old woman and I love watching this amazing young woman… I love her passion for the outdoors, the respect she has for others especially her elders. She is strong in so many ways…. 🙏🏼🤗❤️

This is the first fish I've seen Hannah catch without sticking her hand in its mouth and letting it bite her. And of course "the giggle" has a life all its own.😇

I’ve only ever caught one sturgeon in my life. Fought an 11’ 8” fish for a couple hours on the Columbia river. Thought I had fish for a year until the guide said it’s too long to keep. Best and longest fight over ever had! Such a powerful fish! Amazing experience! Congrats Hannah!!
@@jmberrington2475 I couldn’t even begin to imagine a fight like that. We were in an 18’ boat and he had no troubles pulling us where he wanted. 6 more feet is a lot more muscle!

I recently had a 60lb sturgeon in France and can confirm they fight like hell, and mine was on 15lb line and size 6 hook so could not bully it. Well done Hannah, great catch.

I used to care keep an old ranch up in that canyon! Even the flats are steep up in that country, great job! Biggest fish I was in the water with was a 9 footer. Sheep creek ranch will always be near and dear to my hart and I miss it up there! Kurt is a great guy and runs a nice outfit

What this boat needs is one of those swivel chairs like they have on deep sea fishing boats for Marlin where you strap in, and have a pivot point for the heel of the road, gives a lot more leverage to the fisherman.

That was an awesome video if you're from somewhere else I live in the state of Washington we have big ones in the Columbia River when I was 11 my grandpa on my birthday did the same thing to me my arms hurt like crazy good job it just sucks we didn't see how long and how many pound it was you can estimate it by the foot on those old dinosaur fish those are awesome fish good eating too take care good job Hannah
