Thank you so much! This is the most straightforward instructions I've seen so far. I've searched the far reaches of the internet for a simple baby mitt pattern that was cute. All of the patterns I found were cute but only had written instructions and It was hard to follow some parts. Or they used crazy stitches but a majority of them were of the same pattern... a pattern that I didn't like. Thanks again. I can finally make some mitts. Sorry I might have been a bit dramatic there but I really did search and search for just the right ones.
I absolutely love your method of starting the magic circle! It may sound silly but every tutorial I've watched that starts with the circle has been stupidly hard to follow and I have never been able to get it down! That is, until this video! Thank you so much for the lesson! And thank you for the totally cute and simple mitten pattern!! I changed the final rows just slightly (didn't use the shells, as mine is for a boy) and it's perfect! Love this video!
Thank you So much these are the first pair I’ve found that are not only simple but so freaking adorable your tutorial was also extremely easy to follow so excited i searched for weeks
I loved this pattern! I didn't do the second increase I just did a double crochet instead because I'm making mine for preemies and it worked up great! I love the little shells at the end very cute I did those only and not the lace round in case a tiny finger gets caught in it. New subbie!!
In the video on your blog and here you say round 3...2 double crochet in one stitch and one in next stitch but the written directions have an error on round 3...Rnd 3 - Ch2 (counts as first DC) *2Dc in first stitch, 1dc in next 2 repeat till end of round, slip stitch to ch2 to complete the row (27)

I am new to this I just wanted to know within each row how many double crochets you should have?
Please listen it clearly
2 double crochet
Thank you
Wish there were booties to match these.
What yarn?
I did 3 sets of these and I feel like mine came out pretty big for a newborn. Is there a way I can make them smaller?
what size did they turn out to be? they are meant to tie up pretty high on their arm so they dont easily slip off.
@@Charmedbyashley I felt that they are big for newborn, mine look like they would fit a 3-4 month old but I followed everything you did.
😘😘😘😘
