I’ve noticed some comments saying that I’m predicting shockwave leaving but I think y’all missed out on some info...I said if a coaster had to leave it would maybe be shockwave but more likely la Vibora, but that’s “IF a coaster got removed” which it won’t, I just wanted to acknowledge that but not predict it’s removal, I’m 99% sure it’s a flat ride not a coaster, so again to clear things up shockwave isn’t leaving and I don’t predict it’s removal
They should recolor Shockwave and expand it through the area where the GoKarts sit. Maybe add an "underground" portion like they did on New Texas Giant.
If they remove Shockwave then you can cancel my "MEMBERSHIP NOW " it is bad enough we have to drive from Houston to DFW or to San Antonio to go to a Theme park. Shockwave is rare credit for future coaster riders that get of age, I will take an old Schwarzkopf coaster over the new ones any day. Yes, the new are innovative but classics will always be the best. I prefer the roughness from older coasters. They are way better these new super smooth coasters are ok but give me OLDIE ANY DAY!!!!!

Shockwave holds a special place in my heart. As a kid, it was THE coaster that I had genuine fear of. It took me a couple of seasons before I finally built up the courage to conquer the ride, and that's when I truly discovered my love for an adrenaline rush! I agree with every point made in this video about the Shockwave, but I'll be super sad if it leaves.
I think the Harley Quinn ride will be removed. I have never seen it with a line and I rarely see the entire ride vehicle filled. It's also down a heck ton.
I work at shockwave and I doubt it will be removed until it reaches it 50th anniversary as of rn its 42 years old, and with sfot new park president theyre trying to have every ride open 24/7 even rapids as of rn theyre working on yosemite gold mine by next year they might it operating. Its been rumored that oil derrick tower and log flume might be the ones to go

I don’t care about many other but if the El Sombrero leaves I would be so sad. I grew up on it and still love it. I don’t know if I’m going again this year and it would be so sad if that was my last time riding. I hope they at least keep it until my little cousin can ride.😢
i hope the go carts do go. it is a strange part of the park and people don’t care too much for them at all. though, i fear they make take something else where they could make better use of the land space.. whatever replaces the go carts has to pretty much be short and close to the ground..
I don't think they're going to remove shockwave any time soon. They just re-did portions of the que line last year and are constantly keeping the trains and ride in top condition. I rarely see Shockwave broken down. If anything, I see them giving it a big refurb as some of the footers and parts of the station are in bad shape. Although it is old, the section where Shockwave and the stadium sits are on the "flood plane", and Six Flags cannot build anything that is deemed to be in the flood plane until the city fixes the drainage problem, which will take who knows how long. I think that it would be a total loss if Six Flags removed Shockwave at this point in time due to the flood plane situation.
Schwarzkopf roller coasters are known to be very reliable. Mauer makes replacement parts for vintage Schwarzkopf roller coasters so parts are not hard to get for Shockwave. An all out restoration instead of tearing down the ride will make a lot more sense than tearing down. A restoration would close the ride for a season.
Ok so idc what y’all say but Judge Roy Scream needs to go or get refurbished. Don’t get me wrong, I love the ride, grew up on it, but it’s so rough, old, and lack luster that it should go

The Chaparral is old. I was surprised to see it there still when we went a couple of weeks ago. I remember driving one of those cars when I was a kid. It was fun to me then, but I'm not sure about it being fun now.
The second flume of the log ride has been dormant since I started going in 2001. I doubt they would consider it a ride that could potentially be removed since it hasn’t operated in at least 20 years. The other 2 SBNO make sense because they operated up until a few years ago, but the second flume has been standing way too long for them to include it as part of the rides.
It’s flume #1 that hasn’t been operational in years. It’s the original built in the 60’s. They added flume #2 a few years later and that is the one that is still operating today.
Just watched your video and subscribed to your channel. Last time I was at Six Flags over Texas was in the early 80's. That sombrero went forwards when we rode it and now goes backwards! Really enjoyed your video.
Shockwave is still probably the 3rd best coaster at SFoT. At the VERY least top 5. Don't see it goin anywhere anytime soon barring some sort of critical failure.
Finally, Someone shares the rage of the removal of crazy legs, I understand that the old troika would malfunction a lot (alleged because its from what I heard) but it was a waste to remove, should've been rethemed to poison ivy toxic twister cause it would make so much sense due to the main arms resembling ivy branches, Also as some hope near the oil derreck a cement pavement randomly appeared with as much space as a troika would fit
Six Flags over Texas should tear down the Log Flume and rebuild it with some the same elements of the old ride and new elements mixed in. Judge Roy is old and rebuilding it would cost lots of money. Better to just tear it down fill the lake and add a new area for rides.
I have been to six flags over texas SOO many times and me and my family could never find the entrance shockwave, so i always looked over it. It only had two loops so i assumed i wasnt missing much.
You need to go over the railroad tracks by the oil derrick and then down and to the right by the go carts.... I haven’t been to the park in 20 years so I may be off but that’s where it was
La Vibora is ok. It’s cool how unique it is but it’s rough in a terrifying way. Judge Roy Scream is rough in a fun way. I actually got a muscle spasm on La Vibora a while back. I haven’t ridden it since but if it will leave one day I’ll make sure to ride it again before then.
i love crazy legs and the el sombrero i wish they would bring crazy legs back and they better not take out el sombrero six flags over texas is my home park too!!
i have been scared of el sombrero leaving for a while.. truly hope it does not go. absolutely defines the mexico section and most people who have been to over texas have been on it and have fond memories of it. anybody can go on it and enjoy it.
i always ride it if its open, especially if there is no line, because i truly hope they know people do love the ride even if it isnt always the most popular and those of us that have this place as our home park definitely want it to stay.
I remember when El Sombrero would go in both directions. It's still a tummy tickler, but much funner to ride in two directions. Since we are on the subject, my favorite ride was a the kick ass Roto-Riculous also known as RotoDisco that sat near Flashback and next to the old bumper car ride. In the same are was the ORIGINAL "CRAZY LEGS"...the black octopus ride. It was what I call a "spin and puke" ride. Solid black with yellow flashing lights. Those were the days! Other honorable mentions would be The Spinnaker, Spindletop, Cliffhanger, Big Ben, Crazy Mouse, The Tower Slides, The Speelunker Cave, Dolphin & Sea Lions, High Divers, Petting Zoo, Flying Jenny, Fiesta Train, Indian Dancers, Confederate Soldier's, Canoes, Barrel Bridge & Skull Island, LA Salles Riverboat Ride, Astrolift, Skeeball Palace, Texas Chute Out, Stagecoach Ride, Star Mall Entry, and so on. The Shockwave was the Iron Beast when it opened. The go kart track is actually where the original cue line was to ride Shockwave. I've seen it completely full down there
They should raze the SNBO amphitheater and the neighboring SNBO buildings, and splurge on a B&M wing. Tearing down La Vibora would only be a minor loss however tearing shockwave is a bad idea. They should also rip down the Go Kart attraction and build an RMC raptor that will intertwine with Shockwave.
I think El Sombrero could be safe because it's at the front of the park and it gets more traffic than some of the other endangered flats. Harley quinn could be in either boat because they've no doubt already spent a lot of money to fix it but its not incredibly popular and still has a ton of technical failures so they may just throw in the towel. I'm still betting judge roy scream because regardless of technical issues it still requires a ton of maintenance due to it being a wooden coaster and it's not popular enough to warrant that. Shockwave is in a bad situation but it's certainly more popular than judge roy scream. And la vibora while it could get removed i think that alpine bobsled at great escape will get removed first because that one has even more technical issues apparently. And they may use parts from there.

honestly i won’t be too upset if la vibora leaves. ive been 4 times and it only runs for a small bit of a day if it even runs at all. the most recent time i went i was shocked when i could hear it running all day. (if you haven’t been, it’s the loudest ride you could imagine. you can hear it all over the park and even from the parking lot)
JUST BRING BACK THE LIVE BATMAN SHOWS!!! If you never got to see one you missed out. As a kid they were the coolest thing ever! Wish I could take my kids to see one! Both SFOT and Fiesta had unique set ups. Miss it man!
Well JB, I'd like to add a few comments here. First of all, I disagree with you on several fronts. I would not see the Chaparral Antique cars being removed. Granted that it takes a large footpribnt, and is kind of boring as far a scenery goes, this attraction is the second oldest park attraction, having opened in 1962.. So, it does have some history as far as that goes. Also, the Chaparral cars are modeled after the Chaparral Motor Company that was founded in Cleburne, TX back in 1911 producing those "new fangled horseless carriages." They could not compete with Henry Ford who started building autos around that time, and the Chaparral company folded. Also, this ride is the first of it's kind that was developed by Arrow Development Company, who also built several of the rides at SFoT including the Run Away Mine Train and the two El Aserradero flume rides. So, I don't think that the Chaps are going anywhere soon, Now as far as the coasters go, I don't see Shock Wave going anywhere either. This coaster was built by Anton Schwarzkopf, and in 2008 went through an extensive rehab program. It is still a popular ride, and has become of the SFoT "signature" coasters, mainly because it is highly visible to people traveling on I-30. Two choose between Shock Wave and La Vibora, I would say that LaVibora has an excellent change of being removed. I have heard rumors of its demise for several years, as it seems that ridership is way down on this ride due to low popularity. So I would be quite surprised if it is not removed. And finally, I would not see El Sombrero going anywhere. It came to the park in 1965, and has become one of the "signature rides" of the park. It is one of those rides that has endeared itself to generations of Six Flags guests. So, I would not see it going anywhere either. Now let me add one final thought - I made my first trip to Six Flags in August 1961 - two weeks after the park opened. I was five years old at the time, and can still remember riding the train, as well as the now defunct Astrolift. I basically grew up with Six Flags, and saw the park change many different times through the years. The park has a new president, who has vowed to clean up the park and correct a lot of the maintenance items that have been deferred through the years. There have been rumblings that Yosemite Sam;s Gold Rush adventure (the Cave ride)m which currently is SBNO, has been surveyed and inspected to see what it would take to bring it back online. It has also been rumored that it will be re-themed again. Also, Flume #1, the original log flume has been evaluated to see if it could be connected to Flume #2 and make one huge log flume ride. That is an interesting concept - one that we need to keep tabs on. Flume #2 has been repainted and cleaned up, leading many to believe that it will be put back into operation this spring. Also, it has been rumored that the Music Mill Amphitheater is on the chopping block. That would free up a large chunk of land to build a new ride. Just from what I saw at Holiday in the Park, I saw a very definite improvement in the park. I think we will see some great things happen at SFoT. After all, it is part of the history and heritage of the North Texas area now - one that is loved by many.
i have such great memories from la vabora, more than shockwave. but even if they just keep it as a highway eye catcher, i do hope it stays. it seems underwhelming to some, but is probably my favorite coaster at the park.
also, i believe la vibora is one of only two bobsled coasters in the US which will alone hopefully keep it around.. but i would not be surprised if it left.
I spoke with a manager of the park. The ride got flooded beyond repair after some flash flooding a few years back. The entire ride was ruined. Boats floated where they were not supposed to and destroyed 90% of the animatronics and wiring and such. They said they do not know what they are going to do with the site at this point but the ride isnt ever going to open under the "Yosemite Sam" name again, sadly.
I heard Yosemite Sam's Gold River Adventure is SBNO because they're remodeling everything, and I think they might retheme it to a western non-Looney Tunes ride, which would suck because that ride is a classic, and a place to cool off in the summers. But if they do keep it as Looney Tunes, and open it as a ride for 2021 or 2023, I'd be happy. Also great video!
unpopular opinion, but i really love all three of the rides nobody else seems to go on- rodeo, cloud bouncer, and cattle lake barge. (though i think cloud bouncer might only be for little ones) what is that other ride called that looks like a cloud and is like a mini superman tower of power? i think it is in the kids looney toon section.... or near the front of the park... that one could go. if it hasnt already. used to ride that as a kid alot.
I love six flags over Texas, but I feel like their roller coasters don’t offer a very novel experience, With the exception of La Vibora. For that reason alone, I hope it stays.

Shockwave is still the best all around ride out there. It is so damn smooth. I understand it is 42 years old....but I would think maybe they could just touch it up. maybe add to it but keep the double loop.
I remember riding Harley Quinn in 2018, it also broke right after I got back in line to ride it again. It’s a cool unique attraction, I just wish it had less downtime.
For me I believe some of these opinions are built on a person who has no children. Chapparell rides are amazing dude! Again your judgement is based on a person who doesn't have a child.
Great vid! Here's my thoughts: La Vibora- I think this is definitely the most likely to go due to the low throughput, painful experience, and aging model. Shame though, it's a unique credit. Shockwave- No need to panic. It''s highly unlikely this is going. People LOVE Shockwave and is still a very reliable ride. The line's often short mainly because it's tough to find as it's tucked in a corner (Titan has the exact same problem) and it has pretty good throughput due to often running two trains and a relatively short ride experience. Six Flags Speedway- Can definitely see this going though. I think they should repair with an RMC raptor themed to the Big Bend. Antique Cars- It does take up prime real estate and could have similar. But it's also a very historic and popular ride and I can't see it going anytime soon. I just wish they'd get rid of the no single riders rule. El Sombrero- Don't see this going either. It still has decent ridership, and unlike Crazy Legs, it has historic value so it's not likely to be replaced by a restaurant. Harley Quinn Spinsanity- I don't know much about this ride as I've never been on it, but if it really is as bad as you say, I can see it going. It actually frees a lot of space for a larger and more stable attraction. Rodeo, Cloud Bouncer, Caddo Lake Barge, Gunslinger- I don't think any of these are going either. We need family attractions to balance out the thrills and they do a decent job at that.
I do see caddo lake barge getting removed, since no one rides it at all, same with harley quinn (even though HQ is my favorite dc character) i definitely do see it getting removed as its a long walk to get to,
If they take shockwave out there will be a fucking riot. best coaster in texas. most intense coaster in the USA. 2nd most intense coaster in the world. It is a legendary rollerocoaster that still runs like its 5 yeares old not 40.

So gonna hit on a few of the issues with your predictions. 1) Nothing can be built in the locations of the Antique Cars or the GoKart track, as the city of Arlington considers that area a flood zone for Johnson Creek and will not allow ANY new structures built there. This also means Shock Wave, the Amphitheater will not be torn down. 2) There is no way Shock Wave is on the chopping block. It's Sister coaster Mind Bender is getting a multi-million dollar upgrade right now. Revolution got the same upgrade a few years back. Not to mention that they literally cannot replace Shock Wave due to the city's Flood ordinance. 3) The VR comment doesn't make sense as Fiesta Texas had it on Superman Krypton Coaster, and other parks put VR on major looping coasters as well that are for sure safe. Otherwise, your predictions are pretty sound, and make decent sense, especially the flats you mentioned and La Vibora. I expect a high profile relocation to move to La Vibora's spot soon. Possibly Scream from Magic Mountan, if their Stand-up gets a Floorless conversion. If not, I could see a Raptor and some flats moving into that location.

Have you been to the park since Ron Makenzie took over? I heard he's done a great job with HallowFest and HITP, bringing shows back and doing general park improvements in his first few months as President. He worked under Jeffery at Fiesta Texas, and with how well run FT is, I hope he brings a bit of that FT magic to OT.

They won’t get rid of the log flumes because it’s the first ever log flume, now they could for sure rework it and to do that shut it down for a year.

I feel like Judge Roy is in bad danger its old Rough and if they got rid of it and the lake it will be able to make 2 coaster or like 5 flat rides

Six Flags over Texas should tear down the Log Flume and rebuild it with some the same elements of the old ride and new elements mixed in. Judge Roy is old and rebuilding it would cost lots of money. Better to just tear it down fill the lake and add a new area for rides.

I have been to six flags over texas SOO many times and me and my family could never find the entrance shockwave, so i always looked over it. It only had two loops so i assumed i wasnt missing much.
The entrance is by the sky swings just look for the sign and it will lead you the way
You need to go over the railroad tracks by the oil derrick and then down and to the right by the go carts....

La Vibora is ok. It’s cool how unique it is but it’s rough in a terrifying way. Judge Roy Scream is rough in a fun way. I actually got a muscle spasm on La Vibora a while back. I haven’t ridden it since but if it will leave one day I’ll make sure to ride it again before then.

i have been scared of el sombrero leaving for a while.. truly hope it does not go. absolutely defines the mexico section and most people who have been to over texas have been on it and have fond memories of it. anybody can go on it and enjoy it.
i always ride it if its open, especially if there is no line, because i truly hope they know people do love the ride even if it isnt always the most popular and those of us that have this place as our home park definitely want it to stay.
Yeah el sombrero doesn’t deserve to leave, it’s iconic
I remember when El Sombrero would go in both directions. It's still a tummy tickler, but much funner to ride in two directions. Since we are on the subject, my favorite ride was a the kick ass Roto-Riculous also known as RotoDisco that sat near Flashback and next to the old bumper car ride. In the same are was the ORIGINAL "CRAZY LEGS"...the black octopus ride. It was what I call a "spin and puke" ride. Solid black with yellow flashing lights. Those were the days! Other honorable mentions would be The Spinnaker, Spindletop, Cliffhanger, Big Ben, Crazy Mouse, The Tower Slides, The Speelunker Cave, Dolphin & Sea Lions, High Divers, Petting Zoo, Flying Jenny, Fiesta Train, Indian Dancers, Confederate Soldier's, Canoes, Barrel Bridge & Skull Island, LA Salles Riverboat Ride, Astrolift, Skeeball Palace, Texas Chute Out, Stagecoach Ride, Star Mall Entry, and so on. The Shockwave was the Iron Beast when it opened. The go kart track is actually where the original cue line was to ride Shockwave. I've seen it completely full down there
Shockwave is literally my favorite roller coaster besides Mr. Freeze Reverse Blast. Luckily there is a low chance of it being removed.
They should raze the SNBO amphitheater and the neighboring SNBO buildings, and splurge on a B&M wing. Tearing down La Vibora would only be a minor loss however tearing shockwave is a bad idea. They should also rip down the Go Kart attraction and build an RMC raptor that will intertwine with Shockwave.
6 years later the Harley Quinn spin sanity gets out of the park 100%
I think El Sombrero could be safe because it's at the front of the park and it gets more traffic than some of the other endangered flats. Harley quinn could be in either boat because they've no doubt already spent a lot of money to fix it but its not incredibly popular and still has a ton of technical failures so they may just throw in the towel. I'm still betting judge roy scream because regardless of technical issues it still requires a ton of maintenance due to it being a wooden coaster and it's not popular enough to warrant that. Shockwave is in a bad situation but it's certainly more popular than judge roy scream. And la vibora while it could get removed i think that alpine bobsled at great escape will get removed first because that one has even more technical issues apparently. And they may use parts from there.

man I was a kid in the 70s when I first rode el sombrero. I'm surprised its still there, tbh, if only because of mechanical wear and tear
honestly i won’t be too upset if la vibora leaves. ive been 4 times and it only runs for a small bit of a day if it even runs at all. the most recent time i went i was shocked when i could hear it running all day. (if you haven’t been, it’s the loudest ride you could imagine. you can hear it all over the park and even from the parking lot)
It is pretty loud. Lol. I like that ride though.

The only way I'm ok with shockwave gone is if it gets replaced with a triple loop and it gets a longer layout
They need to remove the Tony hawk ride and put back the cliffhanger but make it the same height as titan.
Well JB, I'd like to add a few comments here. First of all, I disagree with you on several fronts. I would not see the Chaparral Antique cars being removed. Granted that it takes a large footpribnt, and is kind of boring as far a scenery goes, this attraction is the second oldest park attraction, having opened in 1962.. So, it does have some history as far as that goes. Also, the Chaparral cars are modeled after the Chaparral Motor Company that was founded in Cleburne, TX back in 1911 producing those "new fangled horseless carriages." They could not compete with Henry Ford who started building autos around that time, and the Chaparral company folded. Also, this ride is the first of it's kind that was developed by Arrow Development Company, who also built several of the rides at SFoT including the Run Away Mine Train and the two El Aserradero flume rides. So, I don't think that the Chaps are going anywhere soon, Now as far as the coasters go, I don't see Shock Wave going anywhere either. This coaster was built by Anton Schwarzkopf, and in 2008 went through an extensive rehab program. It is still a popular ride, and has become of the SFoT "signature" coasters, mainly because it is highly visible to people traveling on I-30. Two choose between Shock Wave and La Vibora, I would say that LaVibora has an excellent change of being removed. I have heard rumors of its demise for several years, as it seems that ridership is way down on this ride due to low popularity. So I would be quite surprised if it is not removed. And finally, I would not see El Sombrero going anywhere. It came to the park in 1965, and has become one of the "signature rides" of the park. It is one of those rides that has endeared itself to generations of Six Flags guests. So, I would not see it going anywhere either. Now let me add one final thought - I made my first trip to Six Flags in August 1961 - two weeks after the park opened. I was five years old at the time, and can still remember riding the train, as well as the now defunct Astrolift. I basically grew up with Six Flags, and saw the park change many different times through the years. The park has a new president, who has vowed to clean up the park and correct a lot of the maintenance items that have been deferred through the years. There have been rumblings that Yosemite Sam;s Gold Rush adventure (the Cave ride)m which currently is SBNO, has been surveyed and inspected to see what it would take to bring it back online. It has also been rumored that it will be re-themed again. Also, Flume #1, the original log flume has been evaluated to see if it could be connected to Flume #2 and make one huge log flume ride. That is an interesting concept - one that we need to keep tabs on. Flume #2 has been repainted and cleaned up, leading many to believe that it will be put back into operation this spring. Also, it has been rumored that the Music Mill Amphitheater is on the chopping block. That would free up a large chunk of land to build a new ride. Just from what I saw at Holiday in the Park, I saw a very definite improvement in the park. I think we will see some great things happen at SFoT. After all, it is part of the history and heritage of the North Texas area now - one that is loved by many.

i have such great memories from la vabora, more than shockwave. but even if they just keep it as a highway eye catcher, i do hope it stays. it seems underwhelming to some, but is probably my favorite coaster at the park.
also, i believe la vibora is one of only two bobsled coasters in the US which will alone hopefully keep it around.. but i would not be surprised if it left.

I spoke with a manager of the park. The ride got flooded beyond repair after some flash flooding a few years back. The entire ride was ruined. Boats floated where they were not supposed to and destroyed 90% of the animatronics and wiring and such. They said they do not know what they are going to do with the site at this point but the ride isnt ever going to open under the "Yosemite Sam" name again, sadly.

I heard Yosemite Sam's Gold River Adventure is SBNO because they're remodeling everything, and I think they might retheme it to a western non-Looney Tunes ride, which would suck because that ride is a classic, and a place to cool off in the summers. But if they do keep it as Looney Tunes, and open it as a ride for 2021 or 2023, I'd be happy. Also great video!

unpopular opinion, but i really love all three of the rides nobody else seems to go on- rodeo, cloud bouncer, and cattle lake barge. (though i think cloud bouncer might only be for little ones) what is that other ride called that looks like a cloud and is like a mini superman tower of power? i think it is in the kids looney toon section.... or near the front of the park... that one could go. if it hasnt already. used to ride that as a kid alot.
I love six flags over Texas, but I feel like their roller coasters don’t offer a very novel experience, With the exception of La Vibora. For that reason alone, I hope it stays.

I remember riding Harley Quinn in 2018, it also broke right after I got back in line to ride it again. It’s a cool unique attraction, I just wish it had less downtime.

Great vid! Here's my thoughts:
La Vibora- I think this is definitely the most likely to go due to the low throughput, painful experience, and aging model. Shame though, it's a unique credit.
Shockwave- No need to panic. It''s highly unlikely this is going. People LOVE Shockwave and is still a very reliable ride. The line's often short mainly because it's tough to find as it's tucked in a corner (Titan has the exact same problem) and it has pretty good throughput due to often running two trains and a relatively short ride experience.
Six Flags Speedway- Can definitely see this going though. I think they should repair with an RMC raptor themed to the Big Bend.
Antique Cars- It does take up prime real estate and could have similar. But it's also a very historic and popular ride and I can't see it going anytime soon. I just wish they'd get rid of the no single riders rule.
El Sombrero- Don't see this going either. It still has decent ridership, and unlike Crazy Legs, it has historic value so it's not likely to be replaced by a restaurant.
Harley Quinn Spinsanity- I don't know much about this ride as I've never been on it, but if it really is as bad as you say, I can see it going. It actually frees a lot of space for a larger and more stable attraction.
Rodeo, Cloud Bouncer, Caddo Lake Barge, Gunslinger- I don't think any of these are going either. We need family attractions to balance out the thrills and they do a decent job at that.

So gonna hit on a few of the issues with your predictions.
1) Nothing can be built in the locations of the Antique Cars or the GoKart track, as the city of Arlington considers that area a flood zone for Johnson Creek and will not allow ANY new structures built there. This also means Shock Wave, the Amphitheater will not be torn down.
2) There is no way Shock Wave is on the chopping block. It's Sister coaster Mind Bender is getting a multi-million dollar upgrade right now. Revolution got the same upgrade a few years back. Not to mention that they literally cannot replace Shock Wave due to the city's Flood ordinance.
3) The VR comment doesn't make sense as Fiesta Texas had it on Superman Krypton Coaster, and other parks put VR on major looping coasters as well that are for sure safe.
Otherwise, your predictions are pretty sound, and make decent sense, especially the flats you mentioned and La Vibora. I expect a high profile relocation to move to La Vibora's spot soon. Possibly Scream from Magic Mountan, if their Stand-up gets a Floorless conversion. If not, I could see a Raptor and some flats moving into that location.

Have you been to the park since Ron Makenzie took over? I heard he's done a great job with HallowFest and HITP, bringing shows back and doing general park improvements in his first few months as President. He worked under Jeffery at Fiesta Texas, and with how well run FT is, I hope he brings a bit of that FT magic to OT.
